Priti's Pov
I wanted to listen to Janvi's love story but Mahira got a call from her mom for today's dinner. Today was the day when Mahira's engagement dates were going to be fixed. So she has to leave for her house but Mahira being Mahira dragged us with her to her house to get ready for date fixing function. Mahira believes in, 'If I am jumping off the cliff, then everyone should jump off the cliff too'. Gargi escaped as she got a call from her mother in law for the functions. They too have some ceremony at their house. Gargi's mother in law is more than a mother to her. She is the sweetest person and always makes sweets for Gargi as she has a sweet tooth. Gargi is the luckiest and I am the most happiest person for her.
I came out from my thoughts when the car halted outside Mahira's house. She literally dragged us inside the house. Who can say she is going to get married in a few months. I shook my head and entered inside the house.
Time skip
I got ready in fifteen minutes as the dresses for all four of us were already sent by Gargi and they all four were just perfect as per our style. I was waiting for my three besties from past half n hour and I don't know what they are doing inside Mahi's room. I was attending the call of one of my client when I heard them coming downstairs.
"Tumlog teeno thoda jaldi karo yaar. Uncle aunty nikal chuke hai." I shouted at them as soon as they came down.
(All three of you hurry up a bit. Uncle and aunty has left already.)
"Hayye meri Iti kitni khubsurat lagri hai kisi ki nazar na lage." Mahira said ignoring my anger.
(My Iti is looking so pretty. No one should cast evil eyes on her.)
"Vese hone wali dulhan bhi bohot sundar lagri hai." I said and put a kohl mark just behind her ear.
(By the way, the bride-to-be is also looking very beautiful.)
"Uff drama." Sam said and rolled her eyes before walking towards the car.
"Omg i don't know how i got so beautiful yet hot headed best friends."
Mahira said sarcastically and we rushed towards the car or else Sam would leave us here only.
We all settled in the car and started vibing on Bollywood songs. It is the most favourite thing of our group. Soon we reached our destination and got down. Me and Janvi took out some gifts while Mahira walked in front of us like a queen she is. We didn't let her do anything as we wanted to do every bridesmaid duties from the start while Sam went to Park the car in the reserved parking spot.
