 Rose-

That bitch Virginia got me suspended for 2 days. I just don't know what is going on? everyone seems to hate me for some reason. I came to school and people have written awful things on my locker. I skipped two lectures and went to lunch and she picked up a fight for no reason. now teacher did not even asked me what happened and gave me suspension for 2 days. 

This is happening because of Lily. She is the reason behind all this. I must make her pay for it. She made everyone go against me. I was crying when Mr. Morris saw me. 

"Rose, why are you crying?" he asked me with concern. He always talks to me like this. "Sir, everyone is bullying me here." then I narrated whole story. he was angry. "Cmon lets get you to your class. I will talk to your homeroom teacher. there are exams nearing and how could he give you suspension?" he said and took me to my next class. As he was accompanying me , teacher did not ask for late note. everyone stared at me and some giggled , some snickered and some scoffed. I ignored and took my seat. Class started and someone sent me a paper note. I ignored it but then landed 2-3 other notes. 

I opened one and it said "you are shameless to show up in class" , other ones were similar. I could not control my tears. I immediately wiped my face. when the teacher left, I felt like all my energy is taken away. I just slouched and closed my eyes. 
I felt someone staring at me so I opened my eyes to see 2 girls looming over me. I alomost whisper yelled. "What are you doing here?you are such a shameless brat. you got suspension but still came to class? " they asked. 

"my suspension got cancelled and I am not shameless. I did not do anything. why everyone is targeting me?" I yelled. they covered their ears and one of them said "See, I told you. she got a bad temper. She is really unruly. its true what people are talking about. have you seen Lily? no wonder they are totally different." and they turned and left me speechless. 

People are talking about me? what are they talking about? what does that mean 'its true what people are talking about me'  . my thoughts ran wild. my heartbeat sped and I ran out to see those people. 

I spotted those two girls heading out to cafeteria. "hey you, stop right there." I shouted and those stopped in their tracks. "now what Rose?what do you want? " they asked. "What do you mean when you said that it is true that people are talking about me and its true. what people are talking about me? tell me this instant." I wanted to know everything. 

"where did you come from Rose? how could you not know what people are talking about you?" one of them asked me. "I asked you something and you must answer me. I don have patience." I yelled. "see that is what they are talking about. your mother is different than Lily's mother. you guys are totally different. she is very poised and mannered , and you..." she pointed at me from head to toe. "you are like a brat. no manners. bad temper. people even talked about how you said Lily stole your boyfriend when it is other way round. you are so shameless that you behave same like your mother. She coveted Lily's dad and you did the same with Lily." She said and flipped her open hair. 

I was so shocked that I could not utter a word. How did they know this? I never told this and Lily would never do it. How ? Lily must have told it. It must be her. That is why people are picking up on me. I was a target because people came to know this. Lily, you did this. 

I ran to find her. I saw her , she was talking to someone. She looked so serene. her waist length straight hair in a ponytail. simple bootcut jeans and top looked good on her. she never did her makeup, but her skin never looked like it needed any makeup. she had her books in her hand and she was laughing. I was observing her. She suddenly stopped talking and looked at me. our eyes met. and I started storming towards her. she gestured me to come. "Rose" she said with a smile and I slapped her hard on face. 

"how could you tell people about it? huh? you promised me that you will never tell people about it. you are disgusting Lily. I hate you. People picked on me , made me target because of that and you are here laughing with someone? how could you?" I shouted on top of my lungs. Her lip was bleeding and her doe eyes were full with tears. "Rose what are talking about? what did I tell people? I dont know what you are talking about.  " her vice cracked at the end. 

Andrea came , and she saw Lily crying. "Rose, what did you do? Oh my god. her lip is bleeding. is that your hand print on her cheeks? Rose did you slap her? Steph, come here. She slapped your girlfriend. Steeephhhheennnnn :" Andrea was way too loud. "yes I did but she is no saint. she told people a false information. She was the reason people made me target and bullied me. Lily is just pretending to be this timid. She is a wolf in sheep's skin. " I defended myself. "Oh yeah? and what did she tell people? how do you know its her and not someone else? how do you know it huh?" Andrea asked me. 

"She told people about my mother. She knew what that means to me. She told people that my mother coveted my dad.She. . "before I could say anything further, Andrea interrupted me. "that was me. She never told people about it. People always wondered about you two. because from appearance to manners everything is different for you two. so as a friend she told only me. I told it to group because they were curious. I am sorry Lily. I should not have" she turned to Lily and apologized. "you Whaatattttt? who the hell are you Andrea? why would you do that? why would you apologize to her ? It was me , you should apologize to not her" I yelled. 

"In your dreams sweetie. I told people because everyone always wondered. it is you who must apologize to Lily." she looked at me like I did something bad. "Rose, how could you think that it was me?" Lily asked me with tears in her eyes. "you told Andrea." I said in stern voice. "yeah because . . you called mom in front of her. she looks nothing like you and I had to tell her. Remember when she came to gave you ride for school?" she asked me. 

"Rose, I already warned you to stay away from Lily. now I must take this to elders. see you at home" Stephen's voice brought us back to reality. Now I wonder what hell awaits me at home.
