I begin my pledge
I wasn't always like this
Used to have ones to love
Imagine they'd love me back
Hug them tight
And watch as sunset light
Ones to play hard to get
Tag chase all sorts
Ones that made F-U-N
Last longer than three letters
Loved those times memories never fade
A-L-O-N-E
Now, drawn to the present
Tears down my cheeks cascade
