It's ups and downs
'Happy' people would have you believe
Definitely not
Can it come crushing spiralling to a halt
The metaphorical ladder or mountain
Looking to the summit acknowledge the fall
Falling already
Soo low soo far soo fast
Can't imagine the end
I look and reflect
And I only see him staring out of the abyss
He holds my life in his hands
What do I do
Nothing, realising his hands are my own

Your life is not your own
It's the weight to bear
That you're not alone
You are you and forever will be
Make that forever lasting
Make sure they see
Caught up in problems everyone is
But help is not too far away
Ask, it is not always what you think it is
For every reason why
There is one why not
Red spider lilies choose not to dye
Blue embers dance safety off the edge
Sweet is the mantra I am loved
Eyes open now your hero is YOU
