Luna's P.O.V
As the fighting increased the navy headed back to their ships minus Kizaru and Saturn as they were fighting on this island. Zoro and Lucci were still fighting elsewhere and the rest of us minus Luffy and Jimbei had headed to the back of the island where our ship was moved too.
We had Sanji go back to help gather Luffy, Franky,Bonney, Vegapunk...but what surprised me when during the fighting we were hearing that all the Kuma's stopped attacking us when Bonney yelled and they turned on the navy.
"Luna listen to this." Sanji spoke and soon I was listening when Vegapunk said he had made it so that Kuma would always be on Bonney's side, that he couldn't imagine a father killing their daughter even at the consequences that would come and I knew what it was. "Why would..."
"Because Kuma is Bonney's father...and Vegapunk couldn't imagine a father harming his daughter much less killing her. They have a past, a story...and something tells me that Vegapunk knows it all." I spoke as I looked to the island and gasped moving when Thousand Sunny came flying and I chuckled using shunpo to jump onto the deck of our ship seeing Lilith and Brook laughing happily.
"I'm going to guess that you two are alright." I smiled softly and chuckled when they jumped as we then knew that we had to get this into the water.
During the fighting my haki picked up two familiar energies and I looked around and was shocked as I smiled. "Sanji? Do you hear me?"
"Yeah I hear you Luna, what's up? Listen I've got a badly hurt Vegapunk, Franky and Atlas have Bonney and Kuma."
"I'm pretty sure I'm feeling Dorry and Brogy."
Sanji was shocked and he smiled seeing the protection that they just got and smiled happily. "You're right, they're here they just protected our group and are headed to help Luffy."
I giggled as I looked in their direction knowing our friends were on their way and safe. "It's been far to long since we've seen them last. I'm glad that they're still getting along after all this time." Gasping in pain collapsing to her knee's feeling Lucci's pain. 'Lucci?'
'I'm alive love, Jimbei has got Zoro and they're on their way to you.'
I sighed softly but what scared me was when four more strong energies appeared on the island and I knew that now the Five Elders of the World Government were here. I looked to my crew and bit my lip looking to Nami who was on deck and checking on me. "The five elders are here."
Nami paled. "Is that what those beams of energy were? The elders?" She was afraid and rightly so.
I nodded my head. "Yeah we have to figure out how to get out of here quickly and without wrecking the ship." Standing. "I'm alright, Zoro and Jimbei are on the way I want to keep an eye on Lucci I don't trust the elders."
"Right. Will you be alright?" Nami asked worried and I smiled softly nodding my head which reassured her and she went to check on everyone else.
I leaned against the railing of our ship and closed my eyes as I relaxed and watched through Lucci's mind when the elder who was some sort of big bird appeared and questioned where us and Vegapunk were.
I smiled softly when Lucci gave his report but that isn't what made me smile...no it was when Lucci was worried for the safety of Kaku and I sent reassurance to Lucci. 'Time for you to go love, leave this island. If Kaku is in danger then I'll go myself if I have to.'
'Luna no!' Lucci spoke with a firm voice. 'Your safety is number one for me, just get yourself and your crew out of here.'
I groaned softly and heard Nami talking and looked over the railing. "Report!"
"Jimbei is hurrying back with Zoro as quickly as possible, the giants are aiding our nakama back to either their ships or our own and preparing for with drawl, their captains have found Luffy and are ready to leave."
I nodded my head and stood. "Tell those that you can we must leave now, the five elders will be impossible to deal with at the moment." I had my hand on my blade as I looked around for danger and soon enough we were being told that those here at our ship had to leave now, that the giants would allow our other nakama to go in their ships till we could hopefully reunite.
After Vegapunk was badly wounded a broadcast went out world wide, all over people were watching a broadcast of Vegapunk and even though the World Government was trying to stop it something told me that it would be impossible. I hurried with my friends as we worked to get our ship out of danger. I was alert for any marines, admirals, CP, or even an Elder.
I heard Nami's snail wake up and I sighed softly when more then one found out that Stussy was staying back so that we could escape and I walked over. "It's necessary Nami, otherwise how do we escape?"
"She's right, if we're to get your ship out of here then the barrier needs to be brought down from the control room. Don't worry we'll make sure that it makes it safely...although it might hit solid ground. I got admit you guys got guts, but that's what I admire it's what gets things done."Edison spoke and it worried much of our group, Edison then flew down to help make sure that our crew and ship would make it down safely.
Dorry and Brogy were hurrying to help Luffy get away but one of the Elders wasn't letting them escape easily. I tensed when I heard movement and touched my blade seeing what looked like crab legs appeared. "Nami! Usopp! Chopper! Get away from there!!" I didn't want any danger to befall my comrades.
I felt Lucci's worry when he mentally saw what was happening and I moved jumping from the deck of our ship.
'Luna! Don't!!' Lucci mentally called out I could hear the panic in his voice.
'I'm sorry Lucci, but my comrades are precious. I will do what I have to...to make sure that they live.' I used Shunpo and sneered seeing the elders were all over the place.
Random P.O.V's
Down below Bonney had made an admiral turn into a child before she asked a giant to make sure her daddy was safe and they agreed heading to their ship. Everyone including the giants were fighting all over, it was a major battle of which many people weren't backing down from.
No this was war against an Emperor, it was against Vegapunk, it was against the world government and against the giants. Lives have already been taken, others will be sacrificed to make sure others escape.
