As she cleaned herself and got dressed, she went back to the living room and saw a cute sight. Hank was lying on Sofia’s lap as they watched TV, and he looked very content and decided to take a picture of the cuteness. Then, after taking the picture, she went over there and got Sofia’s attention as she looked up to her. “Let’s go,” she says as Sofia nods and then stands up, and they leave the house to go outside.
As they got outside, Sofia noticed something. “Oh, you’re bringing Hank?” she says as she watches her put the leash on him and carry the essentials for Hank. “Yeah, I started bringing Hank along with me on my trips so we could bond more,” she explains to Sofia. “I guess your mom and sister are not his favorites anymore,” she joked as Rosé chuckled. “Yeah, he likes me more now,” she says as they enter the car and drive. As she drove the car, Rosé realized this was the first time she went on a trip with someone other than her family and girls, and it was nice. There were times Rosé couldn’t stop staring at Sofia when they stopped during traffic, but she also gave Hank attention as that’s her baby.
Rosé then introduced Sofia to her hometown in Melbourne, where she told her childhood memories of the places she showed, and it was nice telling these stories to Sofia, who was intently listening. Then they went to a zoo, and Sofia then asks Rosé to take pictures. “Oh, is that why you asked me to join you so I can be your photographer?” she acts offended, and Sofia giggles, and Rosé doesn’t understand why she liked hearing the sound of her laugh but ignores it. “Don’t worry, I’ll tag you,” she said to her. “You better.” Rosé grumbled, still salty that Lisa still hasn’t tagged her in the photos she’s taken of her, and they continued enjoying the place.
She then takes her to the malls and museums that Melbourne has to offer, and it makes Rosé smile to see Sofia happy, and she’s also glad she can take Hank to those places too. Then, as she was looking at a store, she felt Sofia tug her coat and stare at her as she pointed at a sign board that says fireworks show at 7:00 p.m. “Can we go there?” she asked Rosé, who nodded. “Sure, we can go there,” she said, making Sofia smile wide. “Let’s go have lunch first,” she told her as they found a restaurant that’s also dog-friendly since Hank is with them. As Rosé loves food, she knows the good restaurants, which amazed even Sofia, and as they went into this cute little restaurant, the owner greeted them, “Hey Chaeyoung!” The owner greeted Rosé, who greeted her back. "Oh, it seems you brought someone else here other than the girls,” she noticed as Rosé looked a bit shocked as she heard that it was true she never brought any girl to this restaurant other than her friends. “But no, she’s just a friend,” is what she wanted to say, but before she could say it, Sofia then led her to their seats.
Rosé then ignored what the owner said as she explained to Sofia the reason why she liked this place because it’s very pet friendly, and as said by the owner, she also brings the others there too. During the conversation, Sofia mentioned wanting a pet, and Rosé suggested she adopt one instead, as she adopted Hank from a shelter before. She said that she could help her find her perfect pet, and Sofia agreed but told her that she’d think about it first. Then their food came, and they started eating. Then, after a few hours of walking, the girls went to the park for the fireworks show and also found a spot to sit in where it wasn’t crowded and sat there. As they sat, Rosé thought of what happened today and how it was different with the girls she was with, but then her thoughts were interrupted as the fireworks started. She then excitedly turned to Sofia.
Her eyes widened as soon as she laid eyes on Sofia as the glow of the different colors of the fireworks was somehow making her more prettier that even Rosé couldn’t understand it, and her heart started beating faster as she continued to stare at her, then her breath hitched as Sofia stared at her with that cute smile of hers, and with that, Rosé realized everything happened with one snap, and she had her answer: she was in love with Sofia Nishimura.
