Rosé was kind of panicking; she didn’t really plan on confessing to Sofia in a car, but it happened. “You like me?” Sofia said softly, and Rosé couldn’t answer anymore and just nodded. She expected a rejection, but then she felt Sofia’s hands grab her, and as she looked back at her, she saw her smiling. “Well, that’s great because I like you too,” she said to her.
Rosé was surprised to hear that from Sofia. “Wait, you do when?” she asks her as Sofia explains to her that she has always been crushing on her since Blackpink days, and it started growing more when they were working together for her album. When they started hanging out, she realized she was in love with her but decided to keep it to herself, thinking that Rosé wouldn’t love her back, making Rosé laugh as both of them kept their feelings to themselves. “Well, as it’s already out, may I ask you out on a date, Miss Nishimura?” she asks her as Sofia smiles. “I will accept Miss Park,” she responds. And Rosé realizes that she parked in her house and was about to start the car to escort her back, but Sofia refuses and says she’ll take a cab to walk home.
As Rosé entered the house, she excitedly messaged the girls about it, who congratulated her and laughed at how she confessed, but it wasn’t any better on how Lisa did it, and then said have fun on her date. After that conversation, Rosé then decided to find an outfit for her date night with Sofia and thought of wearing a suit for the date. She made a reservation at a restaurant that she knew Sofia would like, and seeing the time, she texted and started driving the car, meeting up with Sofia outside the hotel. She saw her exit and thought she looked pretty in that dress and makeup. “I love your suit, Miss Park,” she says as she watches Rosé exit the car and open the door to the passenger seat. “Thank you, Miss Nishimura,” she replies as Sofia enters the car. “So where are you taking me?” was her question. “I know a nice restaurant downtown; I’ve already made reservations,” Rosé told her, and it made Sofia excited as they drove off.
The first date was great as they were able to enjoy it as a new couple, and they decided to watch a movie, and after that, Rosé brought her back to the hotel. “I enjoyed the date, Chaeng,” Sofia said to Rosé with a smile. “I’m glad you enjoyed it.” Rosé then went near Sofia, who closed her eyes but heard a click and realized it was her seatbelt. “I would like a kiss from you, but I don’t think it’s the right time yet,” Rosé told her in an amused tone with Sofia nodding sadly, but Rosé then kissed her cheek as Sofia left with a big smile on her face, and Rosé only left when Sofia entered the hotel. After she gets home, she then retells what happened on their date to the girls, and she’s happy to have found a girlfriend.
