The same thing happened with Keena. She was tired of trying to understand Rehaan sir, but he neither understood her nor her words. He knew that Keena had deep bond with Saif more than him, that is why he was not listening to keena, because he knew that keena always took Saif's side.

In The Sunday Morning

Rehaan sir calls Keena's mother to talk with her, but Keena did not know that Rehaan sir had called her mother.

Rehaan sir said," Hello mam, are you Keena's mom?"

Keena's mother asked," Yes, but who are you?"

Rehaan sir said," I'm Keena's chemistry teacher Rehaan."

Keena's mother replied and asked," Yes sir, tell me what happened? Why did you call me, has Keena done anything?"

Rehaan sir said," No no mam, she didn't do anything. She is a great medical student. I like her. I mean, she is a nice student. So I like that kind of student."

Keena's mother said," Thank you sir, I hope that she will be paying full attention to her studies there."

Rehaan Sir replied," Yes, She is studying well here and takes classes on time."

Keena's mother hung up the phone after talking to Rehaan sir for a while.
Keena's mother did not know about Rehaan sir, Because he was talking very friendly with Keena's mother, that's why. So he had formed a friendship bond with Keena's mother.

Similarly, Rehaan sir used to call Keena's mother once in a week or twice in a week to talk to her, but Keena did not know that Keena's mother talks to Rehaan sir.

One day Keena calls her mother because she was missing her mother a lot. So she decided to call her mother after studying.

Keena said," Hello mom, how are you?"

Keena's mother replied," Hi my daughter, I'm good, how are you, and how are your studies going?"

Keena answered," My studies are going well but mom, I miss you a lot."

Keena's mother smiled and replied," Don't worry my daughter, concentrate on your studies, I want you to become a good doctor soon. I trust you."

Keena answered," I know mom, I will concentrate on my studies."

Keena's mother replied," I know you will do it, your teacher also praises you a lot."

Keena asked," My teacher?"

Keena's mother replied," I got a call from your teacher Rehaan, he is always talking to me."

Keena asked," What? Why did he call you?"

Keena's mother replied," I don't know, he just suddenly called me."

Keena said," Ok, mom ok I'll call you later. Taker and bye."

Keena disconnects her mother's call and calls Rehaan sir angrily.

Keena angrily called Rehaan and asked him," why he had called Keena's mother."

Rehaan also said," that he had called just to talk to his mother."

Meanwhile Keena and Rehaan fight again and this time the fighting becomes more serious, due to which Keena gets angry and disconnects Rehaan's call or switches off her phone. Rehaan tries to talk to Keena by calling her repeatedly but Keena's phone is switched off and she does not answer.

Then suddenly Keena's health deteriorates. Keena holds her head because due to stress her head was hurting a lot and then suddenly she falls on the ground and becomes unconscious.

Rehaan also gets angry and switches off his phone but he did not know that Keena's health had deteriorated.

Keena's roommate called the guard lady there because Keena's health had become very bad, so she called an ambulance immediately.

After that Keena is admitted to the hospital for a few days, and this news is given to Keena's college that Keena will not be able to take her classes for a few days.

Next Day In Chemistry Class

When Rehaan comes to the chemistry class, he first looks for Keena, but she was not there.

So he asked her friend," Why did not Keena come to class today? She always attends her classes, so what happened to her?"

Keena's friend replied," Sir, Keena's health deteriorated very much last night, due to which he had to be immediately admitted to the hospital at night."

Rehaan sir asked," What? But ok I'll see."

Rehan was very upset after knowing this. On the other hand, Keena calls her friend Nisha to the hospital and asks her to tell this to Saif.

Nisha calls Saif and tells him about Keena's health. Saif gets very upset after hearing this and immediately leaves to go to the hospital to see Keena.

After a few hours, Saif goes to see Keena at the hospital. Saif held Keena's hand lovingly and caressed her cheeks, and lifted her up.

Saif said," I told you to take care of yourself."

Keena replied," Yes Saif, but."

Saif asked," But what? Is anyone troubling you? Tell me, I will fight him immediately. Tell me."

Keena answered," No Saif, I am fine, just a little worried."

Saif asked," But why Keena, my love I'm always with you, and if you are worried about your studies then don't worry, I am with you to help you."

Then suddenly Rehaan sir comes there and standing outside the room, he sees Saif and Keena talking. He was about to go inside the room, but then a nurse comes and refuses Rehaan to not enter the room, because only one or two people could meet the patient, Nisha and Saif were there, and seeing all this Rehaan gets even more angry.

After meeting Keena, Saif kisses Keena on her head, and holds her both hands and tells her to take care of herself. Keena becomes emotional after seeing this love of Saif and tells her to never leave her alone.

On the other side, Rehaan was watching all this from outside the gate. There was a transparent glass on the door, so that he could clearly see Saif and Keena.

After meeting Keena, Saif leaves from there. Saif sees Rehaan standing outside but he doesn't pay much attention to him.
