Blitz's POV:
I decided today would be the day that I would surprise Stolas while he was studying some more spells in his magic book. It was days like this that I would come to check on him when anything could happen. Every time I came and he experienced with new, different and unique spells, he would always make sure to show them to me.
I never really cared for them all that much until I realized that they can be a little interesting. So as I was on my way to Stolas's study to see what he was experimenting with today, I was imagining what he would find today in that book of spells.
Maybe today he could do the spell on me too if it's fun, he rarely does any with me because he doesn't want me to get hurt, and always tries to perfect them before trying them with anyone else.
I pushed away those thoughts for now as I approached the door to Stolas's study and waited a moment before opening said door. I pressed the side of my face to the door to hear what was going on in the room.
"Oh shit oh shit oh shit. This wasn't supposed to happen, where's the actual- where's the book?" I hear from the other side of the door. As curiosity and fear started to wash over me I knocked on the door only to hear Stolas stop running around the room and become eerily quiet.
"Stolas are you okay in there?" I asked, my hand inches from the doorknob. Another quiet shit was heard from the room before an actual response.
"Yes darling I'm fine, just, give me a second." He said and started scurrying around the room again.
"Stolas I'm gonna come in now." I told him. My palm made contact with the doorknob and before I could even slightly open the door I heard a portal being made in the room. As soon as the door swung open I saw the portal close, but before it closed entirely I saw a glimpse of the end point of an Imp tail.
"What the?" I asked myself as I stood in the empty room with books and papers scattered about the floor. I quickly grabbed my phone from my pocket and tried calling Stolas but he didn't pick up. I was about to text him but halted. It said Stolas is typing for a couple seconds then disappeared.
I groaned annoyingly to myself and ran out the room with the door wide open and made my way to Stolas's room. I slowed down a little before making contact with the door and listened closely for any sign that Stolas was in the room. I didn't hear anything but regardless I opened the door anyway and walked in leaving said door ajar while looking around the room.
I started making my way to the balcony doors, seeing as they were just barely opened. But after a few seconds of doing so I stopped and looked over at the bed and saw a very small lump under the covers. I slowly walked behind the lump and before I could do anything, the one under the covers creating the lump jumped rather quickly and sprinted to the slightly opened door. But unfortunately for them I was quicker and and grabbed the Imp by the tail before they could even reach within 10ft of the door.
