"Are you sure this is where we're supposed to be? At all?" Raisha asked, unsure. They were all in the airport terminal, all fifteen of them, Raisha desperately avoiding Jolt. They all had at least two suitcases trailing behind them, each packed with the essentials and a bit more. They were all dressed in warm clothing - Raisha in black leggings and a black long-sleeved shirt, with a jade green beanie topping it off, the others in similar attire.
Meilin had a shirt, a soft green color, with long blue leggings and a navy blue beanie on her head. Rollan stood next to her, mouth moving, but it was far too loud to hear anything he said. The boy himself was in a soft brown attire similar, but lacking the beanie, and instead sporting a pair of gloves. "We do seem to be lost," She noted, looking around as if she had only just noticed her surroundings.
Shadow was in the same attire, with a cat beanie on her head. Worthy and on the same, but a hood was drawn over his head, shielding his face. Shadow was leaning on Worthy for the most part, with a backpack draped over her shoulders and a phone in her hand. "I'm not positive," Shadow said, her eyes moving up and down the device. "We might be in the wrong terminal."
"Really? The wrong terminal?" Dawson said, blue eyes wavering. He was in a dark mauve suit with a corresponding pair of black gloves. His arms were wrapped around Tasha, who was shivering despite her many layers of pale blue gloves, jackets, hats, and scarves. "We're going to miss the flight if we don't get to it within the hour. Gosh, I hate airports."
"I know, I'm working on it," Shadow said, her fingers tapping vigorously on the phone. "Give me a minute."
"Yeah!" Worthy agreed defensively, wrapping his arms around his wife from behind and planting a kiss on her forehead. "She needs a little more time to work."
The airport was bustling around them, people stopping a the small compacted businesses to eat and drink before the long flight. Luggage was being rolled back and forth on the tiled floor, and in the distance, Raisha could see the blue seats of the airport waiting area.
"Yes!" Shadow shouted suddenly, startling Raisha.
"What is it?" Jolt chimed from the other side of the group, and Raisha grimaced and tried to avoid his gaze.
"We're in the right terminal! We just need to get over to the waiting area," Shadow pointed at the blue seating area Raisha had seen before, eyes still on her phone. "And then the flight should be ready in twenty minutes."
"We have time to get a snack!" Worthy chimed, bouncing.
"Yes," Shadow said, tilting her head back so she could look him in the eyes from below as she cupped his face in her hands. "There's food."
"I shipppp," Whispered Kalani quietly from beside Dorian, Kalani wearing a blue hoodie and blue jeans. Dorian had on the same but in black.
"Well, everyone, get some food before we go!" Shadow announced, immediately moving towards a small restaurant labeled 'Pojalo Bread'
There were murmurs of excitement as the group split up into pairs of twos and threes to go eat at their favorite minimized restaurants. Raisha saw Conor and Abeke walk over to a MacDonnell's, both with a skip on their step. Song, who was wearing a sea green sweater, navy vest, light blue sweatpants, and sporting moderately long ribbons in her space buns and her beloved Dragon's Eye around her neck, walked off with Meilin and Rollan to a Zhongese restaurant. There came some crashes from there, and Song emerged victorious with a meat bun in her mouth, boxes full of them balanced on her head, and an annoyed Meilin with one in her hand, and Rollan in the other.
Raisha laughed quietly to herself, before starting to look around, wondering if there was a sushi place nearby. There probably wasn't one, considering that this was an airport and the food was supposed to be minimal-
