I'll try to keep it simple, though there is a lot that I would change if I had the power.

1. This is an easy one. Make it so that you don't have to constantly go in and out of the Velvet Room to talk to Margaret or switch out personas. This gets really annoying and it just makes me wish you could open the regular pause menu in the room to switch stuff out right away. Small but would be very helpful.

2. MAKE IT SO THAT YOU CAN SAY "NO" TO MARGARET KISSING YOU! IT SHOULDN'T BE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE, BUT IF IT HAS TO BE THEN LET ME SAY NO, DAMN IT!

3. I want Valentine's Day chocolates and Christmas presents to carry over in new game plus. It's a small thing, but I liked that about p5 so maybe it can be done. You do keep your social link gifts already, but they're given at the end of the link, rather than as a goodbye present. As an aside, getting platonic chocolate from girls you didn't choose to date would be nice too. That's also why I did that in my Chase The Truth book.

4. Make it so that Marie doesn't kiss you when you do the friendship route on Valentine's Day. This one pisses me off. If you're not dating her, then she shouldn't kiss you. Period. It makes me feel bad for whoever you really picked. And the fact that it happens AFTER your Valentine's date with someone else makes it that much worse. Especially cause this is also the game that has the most brutal punishment for intentionally cheating, and yet they let this shit happen? Without the player's choice too? It just doesn't make sense at all.
I'm fine with her showing up there, she's just trying to thank you, all that is fine- just please, remember it SHOULD have a 100% platonic version to it!

5. Give the dungeons more visual variety. Don't just keep them as hallways, I want to see decorations, background details, stuff to make it more visually interesting. You can keep the tv grain, though.

6. Make the reaper rewards carry over in new game plus. This item is useless if I can only use it from practically the final dungeon anyway.

7. AND while you're at it! Make getting everyone's strongest weapons NOT come from a random reaper drop! Let me get those normally like other weapons PLEASE!

8. I don't know what our chances are for them to remove lines. If there were any lines in the original p3 that weren't in Reload then I wouldn't know. But on the chance that is an option: I want you remove those lines that Teddie says to Nanako that shouldn't be there on the first place. You know the ones. They happen during the summer festival on 8/20. And the fireworks show on 8/30. Remove them both entirely.

Honorable mentions, because I know they won't/can't happen, but I want to mention it anyway:
- Let me kill Teddie. I know you won't, but I want to.
- Let me kill Kashiwagi. Since that's not an option, can we get her fired at least? Please?
- Make both the beauty pageants consensual from everyone.
- Let me say NO to sneaking into the girls' room at the inn. And I mean NOBODY should do it!
- Don't humiliate Kanji on the beach trip. This wouldn't happen if I could kill Teddie!
- Let me slap Yosuke every time he calls Naoto "short."
- Wait, can I just slap Yosuke on command? Because there's a lot of lines that I'd like to slap him for.
