Conan sat at the small dining table, he felt relieved that Ran was safe but there was something off putting about that last case, the one that he and Kogoro left unsolved for the police since they hastily ran back.

"Now that you listened to me, the second thing I want you to do is to decide on two things." She said raising her free hand and closing her fingers except the pointer and middle finger.

"One. You either choose to stay in that apartment or I'll find a place you can move into. Second-"

The pink haired woman simply wanted two things from the Morita couple, one was to listen to her scolding and the other was something that Mr. Morita intentionally didn't include. Perhaps it had something to do with the landlady's fate. The young detective decided to simply ask the couple about it tomorrow, curiosity got the better of him and he preferred to leave no cases unsolved.

Akai found himself at one of the many benches in Beika park. His arms leaned on the top of the backrest, as he finds the night to be chilly in this season. His hair was cut short, and yet he still wore his signature knitted black beanie. The cigarette had long since burnt out, now properly discarded moments ago.

He hummed, feeling something hot touch his cheek, there she was again. So sneaky, her footsteps were practically quiet. "Here" she offered him a hot beverage from the nearby vending machine, her own hand holding a bottle of water.

He bobbed his head, taking the can of coffee. click. Reisamu silently watched him drink the beverage, only to turn to her phone when she felt a buzz. "Hold on.." she muttered, unlocking her phone to check the notification.

Reisamu took pleasure in knowing that the police and even Conan and Kogoro, will never know of her crimes today. Perhaps the port mafia, or the Armed Detective Agency may solve it but, she could always cash in a few more favors.
