T'Challa walks with four Dora, with Y/N alongside him. The Dora stop outside Shuri's Lab as T'Challa and Y/N walk inside. Shuri approaches and bows her head which makes MJ look confused.
"My king." Shuri says.
"Stop it, stop it." T'Challa tells her making her laugh.
"You alright?" Y/N asks as he walks to MJ as she sits on a high stool.
"Yes, Shuri showed me some of their historical artifacts. It was cool how they combined it with the vibranium." MJ answers making him grin lightly.
"You sure it's a good idea to take your ex on a mission?" Shuri asks making Y/N and MJ turn to him.
"What?" T'Challa asks as he sees the way the three look at him.
"We will be fine.. Besides, you will be on call should we need backup." T'Challa says making his sister grin.
"I have great things to show you, brother . Here are your communication devices for Korea. Unlimited range, also equipped with audio surveillance system." Shuri says as she walks him over to another table with devices on them.
"Check these out. Remote access Kimoyo beads. Updated to interface directly with my sand table." Shuri says.
"And what are these?" T'Challa asks.
"The real question is.. What are thoossseeee?! Why do you have your toes out in my lab?" Shuri asks making Y/N and MJ chuckle.
"What, you don't like my royal sandals? I wanted to go old school for my first day." T'Challa says holding his foot up.
"Keep it new school bro." Y/N replies shaking his head making the three laugh.
"Yea I bet the elders loved that.. Try them on." Shuri tells him.
T'Challa puts his feet into the shoes. They lace up instantly, forming a perfect fit.
"Fully automated, like the old American movie Baba used to watch. And I made them completely sound absorbent." Shuri says and he stomps his foot down without a sound.
"Interesting." T'Challa replies.
"Guess what I call them." Shuri tells him with a goofy grin.
"Please no, not again." MJ says as she cringes making Y/N smile. T'Challa thinks on this before Shuri shrugs it off.
"Sneakers.." Shuri says laughing and they look at her blankly.
"Because you.. never mind." Shuri replies.
Shuri walks T'Challa over to three mannequins. One wears T'Challa's current black panther suit. One has a gold tooth necklace while the other has a silver one.
"If you're going to take on Klaue you'll need the best the Design Group has to offer." Shuri tells him before pointing at his current suit.
"Exhibit A. Old tech." She says as Y/N and MJ walk towards them to see the suits.
"Old?" T'Challa asks.
"Functional, but old. Eh, people are shooting at me, wait let me put on my helmet." Shuri says dramatically making them smile in amusement.
"Enough." T'Challa replies.
"Now look at these." Shuri tells him as they all focus on the two new ones.
T'Challa looks at the first one with the gold tooth necklace.
