"Why are we doing this again?" Rocket asks as he sits in the chair.
"It's a distress signal Rocket. Someone could be dying." Gamora answers.
"I know but why are we doing it?" Rocket asks.
"Cause we're nice.. and whoever it is will give us a little cheddar cheese for our help." Quill answers with a smirk.
"Which isn't the point." Gamora says giving him a glare.
"Which isn't the point.." Quill agrees.
"I mean... if he doesn't pony up..-"We take his ship." Drax finishes.
"Exactly!" Rocket says excited now.
"B-B-Bingo!!" Quill says as the two laugh.
Gamora gives Quill a look and he folds immediately. Mouthing that they won't really do it, causing her to grin.
"We are doing this because this is the plan.. Fly around and see if we see any signs of Thanos's or Zakaryx's army heading for stones." Gamora says.
"I know, I know, I was just messing around.. Zaire told me about it before he left." Rocket replies.
"He left already?! He didn't even say goodbye." Mantis says sadly.
Drax quietly laughs in his seat as he told Zaire he would tell her for him. Gamora sees this and throws a zarg nut at him. Smacking the destroyer right on the forehead.
"Heeyyy!" Drax calls out as he touches his forehead.
"How many stones do they have on earth?" Quill asks Gamora.
"Two, the mind stone and the time stone." Gamora answers.
"So all we have to do is get our hands on one of the other stones and fly away. Boom!" Quill says and Gamora shakes her head.
"I don't think it's gonna be that easy buddy." Rocket replies.
"We are arriving." Mantis informs them as she looks ahead.
"Alright guardians, don't forget this might be dangerous so let's put on our game faces." Quill tells them as he flies closer.
He looks back at Groot and sees that he is fully caught up in his game. Groot, is now grown to a pre-teen and has a gaming phase.
"Groot put that thing away, now. I don't wanna tell you again." Quill tells him but Groot just keeps playing.
