Wakanda
"Drop to 2600, heading 0-3-0. I hope you're right about this, Cap. Or we're gonna land a lot faster than you want to." Sam tells Steve as he flies the quinjet.
"Watch this." Wanda tells Sam with a smile.
The quinjet goes right through a force field, entering the great land of Wakanda. Sam looks at the country in shock at everything he sees. Pietro, Tay and Jamari laugh at his reaction.
"When you said we were going to open Wakanda to the rest of the world..This is not what l imagined." Okoye says while walking with T'Challa and a band of the King's Guard.
"And what did you imagine?" T'Challa asks her.
"The Olympics. Maybe even a Starbucks." Okoye answers causing him to chuckle.
"Should we bow?" Bruce asks Rhodey as they walk off of the quinjet.
"Yeah, he's a king." Rhodey answers.
"Seems like I'm always thanking you for something." Steve says with a smile before shaking hands with T'Challa.
"There is no need, this is all our war." T'Challa replies before turning to Nat and Wanda.
"Y/N, has yet to return." He tells them and they take deep breaths before letting them out.
"He's just busy then." Nat says with a slight forced smile.
"We believe in him to handle himself." Wanda adds with Nat nodding.
Pietro puts a hand on Wanda's shoulder while Tay puts one on Nat's. Both a gesture of trying to comfort their friend over their friend. Both men having the same thoughts about Y/N in space.
Bruce bows in front of T'Challa causing everyone to look at him. He looks confused before turning to Rhodey.
"What are you doing?" Rhodey asks him.
"Uh, we don't do that here." T'Challa tells him as he dismisses the bow.
"So how big of an assault can we expect?" T'Challa asks as they all start to walk inside.
"Uh, sir, I think you can expect quite a huge assault." Bruce answers.
"How we looking?" Steve asks.
"You will have my King's Guard, the Border Tribe, the Dora Milaje, and -"A semi-stable, 100-year-old man." Bucky says finishing for T'Challa.
"And two superstars in their prime." JaeJae says as he walks up with Brook by his side.
The group hugs its two members as they haven't seen each other in a while. Clearly missing each other since they've mostly been separated since the events at the airport. Although Tay and Jamari have kept in contact with Brook, JaeJae and Y/N. Those five staying close even when the avengers team as a whole had its issues.
"How you been, Buck?" Steve asks with a smile before the two longtime friends hug.
"Uh, not bad, for the end of the world." Bucky answers.
"I see you got that arm fixed." Sam says to Brook who chuckles.
"Yea, it's got even more vibranium in it now." Brook replies as he looks at it.
"JaeJae, how are you?" Bruce asks with a smile.
"I'm doing good, maybe even smarter than you now." JaeJae answers making him laugh.
