Two and a Half Years Later

Evelyn is standing at the edge of Chicago. The road into the city has finally been paved with all the traffic coming from the fringe. After her agreement with Johanna, she left Chicago, and now that things have changed so much I think it's ok for her to come home.
"How is life in Chicago? You know without factions and all," She asked.
"Well things are quite ordinary actually, but I think you'll enjoy it here."
"And hows the fiancee?"
"Tris is doing great, and we will be introducing a new member into the family this summer!"
"She's pregnant? Oh my goodness that's amazing! Oh gosh I'm so happy for you Tobias!"
"So other than my grandbaby, whats new in Chicago?"
"I work in politics as Johanna's assistant, Peter lives in Milwaukee, Tris and I have our own apartment, Shauna got a new brace that allows her to walk, Marcus left, the Bureau has partnered with us to help make scientific discoveries, Cara and Caleb work for the Department of Agriculture, People from the fringe live here now, and Chicago is one of the only cities to not discriminate against the damaged."
