Charlie is excited " we are going to have a great time!!" Husk watches Alastor out of the corner of his eye; he knows why Charlie really made him change; she wanted to see how he would react. The old Alastor would never stay in the outfit for long, long enough until he thinks it has made Charlie happy enough and then he would change back.

Alastor rolls his eyes and looks away from the group, he makes a glass of whiskey appear in his hand. He takes a drink not just a sip but a huge drink with his foot tapping on the floor. "Listen. I know what you are trying to do. But it's not going to work. If you hate this new version of me so bad just tell me to fucking leave. It won't hurt my feelings. I don't have any more to hurt. I think it's a good thing! At least now I'm not a depressed bitch laying in bed all day at least now I know how to have fun! I'm having fun I'm not depressed what do you fucking want from me?" Husk and Angel look at him and they stay silent

Charlie quickly says "Why don't we start with something relaxing! Like a movie!!" Charlie turns the tv on. Husk Angel and Charlie all talk about what movie to watch, Alastor sits there silently watching them. He is about to say he wants to watch IronMan again until they all hear Michealis crying. Alastor stands up and sprints to where it's coming from immediately going into dad mode. Husk is about to get up as well but Angel stops it and whispers "hold on let's see what he does"

Michealis is at the bottom of the stairs he missed the last step and fell. He hit his knee and is crying. "Oh dear what happened??" Alastor kneels down to him "looks like you fell" Michealis holds his arms out to Alastor still crying. "Oh sweet boy" he gently picks him up and hugs him "it's alright" he carries him back to the couch "you're safe now" Michaelis hugs him calming down he isn't hurt too bad it mostly scared him. "Let me see" Alastor sets him on the couch and takes a look at his knee "hm" he doesn't see any bleeding just a red stop from when he landed on it "can you move your leg?" Michaelis moves his leg "how about stand?" Michaelis stands up "how about jump" Michealis giggles a little and jumps "how about wiggle all around?" Michealis giggles more as he wiggles his whole body "well it looks like I don't have to cut anything off sadly unless you want me too!" Michealis laughs "nooooo!!" Alastor kisses his head "alright, go play, be careful okay?" "Okay!" Michealis runs away giggling

Husk and Angel watch with huge smiles on their faces and Charlie is holding back from crying tears of joy. Alastor sits down. He crosses his legs and looks at everyone "what?" "Nothing Al" "I found a movie!!" She plays it. Everyone starts watching. Five minutes in Husk glances at Alastor, he's in his usual clothes. The whiskey has changed to coffee and he's holding a book while reading it. Husk watches smiling. It seems like that simple interaction with Michealis, being able to be a dad again and act like dad again has made him start thinking and realize that how he was acting it's him.

Angel wasn't sure if he was fully back to himself just with that one thing, it takes a lot to fully have someone understand that how they were acting isn't truly them so he decided to test it. "So I made jambalaya the other night" Alastors ears turn towards Angel but he doesn't look at him "and I decided to add maple syrup for some sweetness ""YOU WHAT!?" Alastor stands up "please tell me that is a horrible joke!" "Nope it was sooo good" Alastor grabs him "you have broken so many rules!" Angel laughs "I'll do it again!" "If you don't say you won't ever do it again I will-" "will what!" Alastor snaps making Angel melt into a shadow then appear a few feet away. Angel is now standing there completely silent "what did you do!?" Husk is worried "I didn't hurt him." Alastor smirks "that.. felt so weird... you.. you do that all the fucking time how do you do that all the time!? I I I can't describe how that felt but I was wrong!!! So so fucking wrong!" Alastor laughs so hard he falls into the couch. Angel watches Alastor and smiles 'yep, that's the Alastor we know and love' Angel sits next to Husk "it was like, it was really warm and then my whole body felt like static and then it was just gone! I melted!" Husk checks Angel once he sees that Angel is truly unharmed he calms down
