Anne Frank and her family had a secret room in Otto Frank's office. This would help a few people, including the Franks,it had room to store a family and a living room, along with many beds. In 1942, the country that Anne lived in got taken over by the Nazis. Forcing her and her family to hide in the secret room that was the annexe. Anne was 13 years old when she had to go into hiding to avoid detection. On the 4th August 1944 Nazi forces found all the hiding Jewish people, including Anne and her family. They were undetected for 2 years,and one month.
