It was almost evening as the sound of slight thunder was heard in the city of Jaipur. The door of the house opened with Arushi and Abhay holding bunch of bags on thier hand. They kept it on the table as they took a seat and breathed heavily laughing.
"Bhabi you did not get anything for yourself" Abhay said looking at his bhabi as she turned her face to his side nodding before speaking.
"Yes Abhay. I just did the shopping for the wedding right so why to buy more clothes when already bunch of clothes are still laying on the closet" she replied with a chuckle as he laughed at her statement.
A sudden thunder strock as Arushi flinched and she held the cloth of the couch firmly.
"I.. i wanna take rest Abhay m going.. u-upstairs" Arushi tried speaking without stuttering but failed.
"Are you okay, bhabi?" Abhay asked with concern as she nodded
"Yes I m fine...it's just my legs are aching" she replied to him and started taking steps upstairs towards her room.
"Take care bhabi" Abhay shouted as she started walking already.
Reaching the room she closed the door and sat on the cold floor breathing heavily. Her hands started trembling and her breath got more unheavy. Her body was shaking very badly as and the tears were nonstop. Another thunder strock making her more shiver as she remembered the worst night of her life.
Her shaking body and the non stop tears were making her condition even worst. Right now all she wanted was a shoulder to lean on and cry her heart out. She raised her head and remembered that she have a person in her life who promised to be with her in all her good and bad times. She badly wanted to call him right now but her trembling body wasn't helping her.
The thunder and lightning with the heavy rain were non stop. Everything infront of her was turning black when she heard someone knocking the door vigorously. A hope came inside her that it will be her husband, the only person who has promised to be with her in all her good and bad times at the mandap.
"I.. ishan" this was all she could speak.
"OPEN THE DOOR! OPEN THE DOOR ARUSHI" her husband was screaming and bagging the door loudly. "I wont let anything happen to you please open the door" he shouted again.
How badly she wants to go and open the door but her body isn't supporting her. "Ishan.. i-i am unable to breathe.. p-please help me" she wishpered yelled looking at the door with a hope that he will come in.
A sudden loud thud sound was heard in the room. He went running to her, kneeled down infront of her hugging her tightly like no tomorrow. "Take deep breaths bub take deep breaths nothing will ever happen to you" he spoke in the softest tone ever hugging her tighter.
"Your the strongest, your my jungli billi" he kept saying things like this calming her down. She was safe and relaxed on his embrace. Her breathes got normal within a few minutes. With a deep sigh she looked at him.
