"Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you dear Vanya. Happy birthday to you!"
She cut the cake saying thank you to all of us. She came to me for feeding the cake slice after feeding Mum and Dad. "Happy birthday sweetheart" I said and pulled her into a hug. "Thank you bhabi" she said hugging me back.
After some chit chats we walked back to the room. It is 1am right now and m too sleepy cause i cried a lot. Also my head is blasting. Sighing to myself I walked to our room.
These days Van have changed a lot. She is not that cheerful anymore how she used to be. She doesn't opens up with anyone like she used to, not even me. I miss the old Van. No doubt she still loves me but I feel like she is hiding something. And i swear if bhaii is behind all these m gonna kick him and never talk to him.
I was walking absent mindedly when I felt a palm on my forehead. I looked up and saw Ishan looking at me with narrowed eyebrows. "You were about to hit on the wall. Whose thoughts are you lost in ?" He asked and I looked at him sighing. "Van... I wanna know what she is hiding" I replied. He looked at me back and pulled back his hand from my forehead. "Even I noticed she is behaving weirdly these days" I nodded at his reply.
"Don't take stress I will talk to her later go and sleep you must be not feeling well" I nodded at his words. "Good night" he said planting a kiss on my forehead. My eyes automatically closed feeling his lips on my skin. "Good night" i muttered back and walked to bed.
