The entire hospital was at rush. Doctors were rushing from one room to the other and patients were laying on the bed. Some childrens were playing in the garden while the old ones were walking around.
It was currently 5:30 in the evening when all the young doctors came out of the office room with a smile on thier faces.
"Hard work pays off" Apurva said breaking the happy silence and everyone nodded thier heads with a smile replying "indeed".
"Guys, how about we celebrate our victory! Ofcourse it's not less than any victory. Afterall our 3 months hard work came to an end and also our seniors were impressed" Abhishek said looking at everyone.
"I will skip" Arushi said removing her white coat and keeping it back on the locker. "Why?" Abhishek asked.
"She is not feeling well. Let her take rest" Apurva replied before Arushi opened her mouth. "It's okay na just for a few mins and then I will drop you back home" Abhishek replied back looking at Arushi with his puppy eyes.
"Some other day Abhishek right now m too tired" Arushi replied and walked to Apurva giving her a hug and bidding everyone a goodbye.
She walked out of the hospital and a smile formed on her face watching her husband leaning against the car and waiting for her. Watching her he walked towards her.
Once he reached near her he wrapped his hands around her waist. She too wrapped her arms around his neck. "That was sudden" she wishpered pulling out of the hug. He chuckled and interwined his fingers with hers. "How do you feel now?" He asked taking her bag.
"Better but tired" she replied. He opened the car door for her and once she sat he walked to his side and settled down.
"Shall we go somewhere?" She shook her head. "Home. I wanna take rest" he nodded at her and started driving.
Opening the door of their room Arushi walked to the bed and threw herself on it. A tired sigh left her mouth as she closed her eyes.
"How was the project?" Ishan asked sitting on the couch. "Was too good. All were impressed" she replied sitting on the bed.
"All were asking me to join them for the party but I denied" she said keeping the pillow on her lap. "Take some rest until that I will prepare the dinner" she nodded at him and walked to the washroom to get fresh.
Coming out she saw Ishan have already gone downstairs to prepare the dinner. She layed down on the bed and took out her phone from the night stand. She was scrolling her phone when she got a new text. Unintentionally she pressed on that text and her eyes widened reading it.
"Jealousy. Yes that's what I feel whenever I see you with your husband."
She thought of ignoring his text when another text appeared on her screen.
