One day in Rivendell little lindir was at the store with his Ada Elrond. They were shopping around the store and going down aisles when Lindir saw the toy aisle and he pulled on Elrond's robe and said " toy Ada I what a toy" 4 year old Lindir said as he continued to pull on Elrond's clothes and his father turned around and said " not today my little boy" and anyway where here to buy you new shoes because you're old ones are too small. And when they got to the shoe aisle Elrond took his son out of the shopping cart and said " what shoes do you want Lindir" asked his dad but his little boy didn't want shoes and he just threw them and he said " I don't want shoes I want a toy"!!!! Lindir said as he continued to throw his new shoes on the floor. Then his son threw himself onto the floor and started screaming and crying and throwing a tantrum. " I don't want shoes!!!! " I what a toy right now!!!! Lindir said as he continued to scream and cry and he continued on having his tantrum. This made Elrond angry and he said " Lindir stop screaming and having this temper tantrum" Elrond said as he tried to lift his son from the ground but his son refused to get up. And Lindir continued to scream and yell " I don't want shoes I want a new toy!!! And this lasted for two hours. Until his father lifted him off the floor and said " stay in the shopping cart and don't get out! Said his father in loud voice. But Lindir didn't want to listen to his father and he jumped out of the shopping cart and ran back to the toy aisle and grabbed a toy tuck and said " Ada I what a toy " but Elrond said " my little Lindir please don't be a bad boy and listen to Ada and put the toy truck back on the shelf" but his son said " no I don't want to behave siad Lindir as he thow the toy truck to the floor and then he continued to have a temper tantrum. And then his dad got so furious and he said " we are going home right now" Elrond said grabbing lindir's hand tightly and walking home and when his son tried to say something his father didn't even respond to him. And then when father and son got home Elrond took his son to the time out chair and he said " Lindir I'm really angry with you right now" " so you're going to sit here for 4 minutes and you're going to think about what you did wrong and then I will check on you later but lindir didn't want to sit down on the chair and he ran away and Elrond grabbed him and he puts him down on the chair and said " Lindir stop it !! I just need you to calm down and please stop being bad and sit here for 4 minutes" Elrond said as he walked out the living room. But his son just continued to misbehave and he ran out of the living room and then he bumped into his Ada and he said " hi Ada but Elrond said " well lindir if you don't want a timeout then I guess I have no choice but to spank you. Elrond said as he carried his son in his arms and he took him to his bedroom and then his father puts his 4 year old son over his lap and he pulled his pants down and started to spanking his son. " ow Ada that hurts me so much lindir said as he cried in pain and then he cried again as his dad continued to spank his little bottom. " I'm so sorry Ada Lindir said crying every single time his dad spanks him. After a few hours Elrond said " alright my son you're spanking is over now" " shh is ok I'm very sorry I spanked you but you have to behave you can't always get what you want" "do you understand my son? lindir dried his tears and said "I'm sorry daddy but do you still get me my new shoes" his father smiled and said yes of course I did hear the blue ones just like you wanted" his son got very happy and tried on the shoes and they fit perfectly and he said I'm sorry about the afternoon I won't misbehave anymore I promise his son said hugging his daddy tightly and his father said he, my son easy be careful my back hurts sometimes" that afternoon afternoon father and son spent some time together reading a story and they forgot all what happened that day and they look forward to a nice afternoon and a nice evening that day. Later in the afternoon, when the rest of. Elrond children came home from a long day of playing outside Arwen ran to her father, and said " daddy I picked flowers for you Ada and his twins said and we got you a frog daddy" Elrond the flowers from his daughter and said thank you, my sweetie. They smell so good but when the twins gave him the frog, he said put that thing outside I don't like frogs.. but when the twins saw their brother on the timeout chair, still, even though he was forgiven, he still had a timeout, they said "Ada what did Lindir do said the twins and their father said he had a temper tantrum today at the store so I had to give him a timeout, but he will behave. I know he will. Later in the afternoon. Elrond was checking on Lindir and he said " my muffin are you going to be a good boy now" Elrond said carrying his son in his arms. " yes Ada I'm going to be a very good boy. " that's my boy" OK now go play but stay out of trouble. And all afternoon afternoon the children played nicely with their toys, and their father smiled and said, even though I'm a single father, I know how to be a patient father and a good father, and then all his children run him and hugged him tightly.
