There he was, standing tall as we approached.

Kellian Brightwood.

He didn't even spare me a glance as we stood in front of him instead he smiled at Bella with his hands in his pocke-

Wait. He is smiling.

I stare at him as my eyes softly grew. He has a pretty smile.

My eyes widen more at my own thoughts

"Are you alright?" Bella turned to me after the small talk.

I cleared my throat "oh, yeah no..it must be the alcohol." I said it more to assure myself.

"You shouldn't accept drinks from strangers." His cold gaze met my eyes, his tone was serious and the smile had vanished from his face.

Was he watching me the whole time...tsk and he didn't even bother to help.

She looked at him "It's not her fault. By the way," she turned to me again "Mirabelle, this is Kellian," she turned back to Kellian "Kellian, Mirabelle." She extended her hand towards me.

We've introduced ourselves so many times by now, but he still acts like a stranger.

I simply smiled softly with a nod and he stayed silent with a smirk on his face.

"Lets go on then, it's getting later and i think we all need some rest." She looked back at Kellian.

With a nod and a smile he started walking towards his car. Bella sat in the passenger's seat and i was sat behind.

I stared out the window as they talked for a bit.

"Right," she turned to face me, "where do you live?"

"Oh," i opened my mouth slightly and didn't know what to say, we literally pretended like we didn't know each other and if i said im staying at his house now, it would be weird.

"I'll take you home first." Kellian said before the silence got unnecessarily longer.

Bella nodded her head and turned herself facing forward again.

After some time of them talking as i stared out the window once again he stopped the car and Bella got out.

"Don't drive too fast Ian." I raise and eyebrow at her nickname for him.

Kellian smiled at her "The car is just build to go fast."

"Mirabelle, take care! I hope to see you tomorrow!" She smiled sweetly at me and waved her hand before Kellian drove off, not letting me respond.

The drive back was insufferably silent, the tension in the air was like a thick fog.

But i continued to stare out the window, pretending im in a taxi or something.

For some reason the image of him smiling popped up in my head and i shift uncomfortably in my seat, noticing him look at me from the mirror before speeding up.

~~~
I got out of the car, he locked it and started walking towards the door as if he was running away from me.
I followed behind and as we stepped in i decided to speak, "thank you.." i looked into his eyes as he turned to face me.
He stared at me for a few seconds in silence.
"For what?" His eyes trailed of slowly down, before he set them on my eyes again.
"For bringing me home." He smirked at the word home.
"That's all?" He took a small step towards me.
"What?" I asked confused
"What about the party?" He took another step forward
I furrowed my eyebrows starting to feel a bit weak "what about it?" I ask tilting my head softly in confusion.
He stopped at his tracks, there was little space between us making my heart beat faster, i wanted to move my body but for some reason it resisted my orders.
Damned alcohol.
He stared at me and smirked putting his face beside my ear making me shiver.
"It seems like you love money." He whispered in my ear making me back away from him.
"What do you mean?" I furrowed my eyebrows once again.
He looked at my dress then at the shoes i was wearing making me follow his eyes.
Now i felt guilty for no reason.
"Those are gifts." I spit out feeling a bit angry because of his assumption.
He took another step towards me, this time i stepped back.
And the same motions continued until my back hit the front door.
I looked up at him, feeling my heart beat even faster.
He leaned in again, bringing his face to my neck, i felt weak again. "How much for a night?"
I widen my eyes and pushed him off
He smirked and looked down at me.
"What." The anger in my tone was clear as i looked into his eyes in disbelief.
