We have been in the ambulance for a few minutes. Who's we you may ask, well the nice man in a suit decided to join for the ride. I don't know why but I'm not complaining. He's been holding my hand the entire time rubbing back of it with his thumb which is surprisingly calming. I'm starting to feel better but my heart is still beating really fast.
I feel the ambulance stop causing me to lift my head and look around. The back door opens, making me temporarily blind. I use the hand that the man isn't holding to block the light, and before I know it I'm being moved.
The man let's go of my hand as I'm pushed inside of the building. I don't know why but my heart speeds up. I don't know this man but just his presence has calmed me so much during this fiasco. I sit up slightly looking back as the door close and he is left standing there.
I reach out as if my hand can reach 20 feet. I come up with nothing. I'm pushed down onto the stretcher, not only is that rude but I don't like being forced to stay laying.
"Get your hands off me!" I yell and start to swat his hand away. I sit up more only to be held back down again only it's stronger.
I fight as much as I can be to no avail. There is so many people around me it's like I'm suffocating. There's 6 people around my bed that I some how was transferred to. There is a lady in white with brown curly hair that walks over to the IV machine. She has something in her hand that I can't make out until she's right next to me. A needle filled with a clear liquid.
"What are you doing? What is that?!?" I yell as I try to move away but people are holding me down.
It takes like 2 minutes until I can feel the effects of what she did. I feel my fight die down, my muscles start to relax and my mind goes a bit foggy.
This bitch drugged me!
I want to fight more but I can't move, my eye lids grow heavy until I can't keep them open anymore. My fight is gone and I succumb to the darkness.
***
All I hear is beeping, it's annoying. Like shit the damn thing off, I want to go back to sleep.
Just my luck it doesn't stop.
I slowly open my eyes only to be blinded yet again. Turn the damn light down or off seriously.
When my eye's finally adjusted to the light I was able to look around the room. There was nothing special about it, it was a regular hospital room.
There was a knock on the door before the same lady that drugged me walked in. "Hello my name is Dr. Fell but you can call me Meredith. I've come to inform you about your upcoming procedure."
My eyes widen. "Procedure?!? What procedure!" First I have a ambulance bill I have to pay and now a procedure! Im so fucked.
Meredith gave my a sad smile. "Well it's called a Cesarean section also called a C-Section, this procedure will deliver your baby. Your blood pressure is way to high and with high blood pressure you are at high risk for stuff like a stroke and preeclampsia."
You got to be kidding me. "A C-Section!! No it to early!! I'm supposed to have 3 more months to figure my life out.... I-I can't have my kid yet... n-no! I won't do it."
I feel like I'm about to pass out again. I can physically feel my heart beating in my chest.
Meredith frowned "I'm sorry but your a minor with no guardian. So legally the hospital is responsible for you and the medical decision. So I'm sorry to inform you that you are having this procedure. I'll leave you alone so you can think this over." And with that she turned around and walked out.
This can't be happening. I can't have my kid yet. I won't allow it. I need to get out of here.
(This is probably not true but for the sake of this story let's say that the hospital has this legal right)
