Three weeks had passed since that fateful deal between Rasazy and Miss Grace. During this time, a lot had changed in Rasazy's life. First, Miss Grace had used her extensive connections and favors owed by many to forge Rasazy's identity. Together, they crafted a convincing backstory, with Miss Grace and Rasazy discussing the details to ensure their cover story was airtight. The excuses for why Rasazy lacked identification were so well thought out that it became almost impossible to question.

The next major event was a courtroom session that would determine the guardianship of Rasazy. Thanks to Miss Grace's careful planning and her influence, she secured victory. The judge was lenient, perhaps swayed by the heartfelt plea from Rasazy herself. Rasazy expressed her desire for Miss Grace to be her guardian, citing their existing relationship—despite it not being one of blood. The judge, guided by the principle of acting in the best interest of the child, solemnly acknowledged Miss Grace as Rasazy's legal guardian, unaware of the full truth behind the story.

Rasazy swiftly enrolled in the institution Miss Grace oversaw, thanks to her new guardian's authority as the school principal. However, they still had to wait for the completion of the necessary paperwork, giving Rasazy some time to adjust to her new life. The gears of bureaucracy moved slowly, but Rasazy was already settling into this strange new world.

Interlude: "Oliver Bought Soap"

Edward walked into the bustling school canteen, his friends Zip and Oliver by his side. The inviting aroma of freshly prepared food filled the air as they made their way to their usual table, which, fortunately, was empty. It was an unspoken rule that nobody took the trio's table; everyone knew better than to make themselves a target.

Zip went straight to the counter to place her usual order with Miss Bia, while Edward and Oliver took their seats at the table near the windows. The sun cast a warm glow through the glass as they unpacked their lunches, each stored neatly in their respective lunchboxes.

"Hey, Oliver," Edward greeted, opening his lunchbox. "What'd you bring today?"

Oliver, ever the mischievous one, grinned and wagged his fork in the air. "Now, now, let's wait for Zip before we unveil our glorious lunches." His eyes gleamed with mischief, the same look he wore whenever he was planning something silly.

A few minutes later, Zip returned, balancing a tray filled with her usual assortment of food. "Miss me?" she asked with a playful smile.

Edward rolled his eyes. "You were gone for like three minutes."

"Killjoy," Zip shot back, plopping herself down between Edward and Oliver. She set her tray down with a flourish, ready to dig in.

Oliver, still grinning like a kid with a secret, pulled out his lunchbox from his bag. The design was eye-catching, with bubbly patterns decorating the lid. "I brought something special today," he announced, his voice dripping with self-satisfaction.

With curiosity piqued, Edward leaned in as Oliver opened the lid. His excitement was quickly replaced with a deadpan. Inside were not sandwiches or snacks—but several bars of soap. Beautifully arranged, they gleamed in various pastel colors, each with an intricate swirl or pattern.

Edward stared blankly. "Soaps... again?"

Oliver chuckled, undeterred by Edward's deadpan expression. "Not just any soaps! These are artisanal. Each bar has a unique taste and texture." He held up a lavender-colored bar, admiring it. "This one smells like lavender. I thought they'd be delicious."

Zip, with her usual sass, groaned. "You and your weird soap obsession, Oliver."

Oliver just shrugged, bringing the lavender soap up to his nose and inhaling deeply. "It's calming," he remarked, holding the bar up for them to see. "Look at it—so smooth, so pristine. It just looks tasty."
