As all the lions and lionesses awoke, they saw the two siblings at the edge of Pride Rock. All the older ones awed while the cubs both awed and wished it was them. Sure they were siblings, but it would have been such a romantic thing if they weren't siblings.

Tiifu and Zuri weren't jealous, but they did still wish they were there too. They pawed away all the others and went to lay down with Kiara and Kion. They were close to Kiara and Kion, and they had joined Kiara and Kion before just as Kiara and Kion had joined them while sleeping.

So they laid down next to them and woke up a few hours later. Luckily, Kion had a day off from the Guard and could relax for once.

Tiifu spoke after they were all awake, "What should we do today?"

Zuri spoke up next, "Yeah, it's been forever since you've had a day off Kion."

"We could go see what the giraffes are up to?" Kiara suggested.

"No," Kion said. "They have that ceremony to announce the arrival of all the new giraffes that were born this year. They don't like it to be interrupted and it won't be over until at least tomorrow."

They all looked at him in slight surprise, but nodded remembering that he always seemed to know what other animals were used to. They weren't surprised that he knew this, they just forgot about it for a bit because they haven't hung out in a while.

"What about the zebras?" Zuri questioned.

"No, they always compare their stripes this time of day," Kion replied.

"Well are the buffalo busy?" Tiifu asked.

"No, they should be ok to visit."

"Finally," Kiara sighed. "That was taking forever."

They made their way down to the buffalo grounds and saw the Lion Guard trying to break up a fight. Kion immediately stepped in and tried to help.

"Hey hey hey, what seems to be the problem?" Kion inquired.

"Well Buff over there decided to steal my spot over here."

"No, Lo stole my spot!" Buff yelled. "I eat here everyday."

"No, I eat here everyday!" Lo replied.

"Do you eat here at this time everyday?" Kion asked, immediately seeing the problem.

"No, but why should that matter?" Buff said while Lo nodded in agreement.

"It matters because 1. You probably both eat here everyday at different times, and 2., you two are not the only ones eating here everyday at different times."

They're eyes widened in realization and they thanked Kion before walking away.

"Thanks Kion," Fuli said. "You always know exactly how to handle those situations. I'm just sorry you had to handle it on your day off." Fuli looked at him apologetically.

"You're fine Fuli, I was coming over here with Kiara, Tiifu, and Zuri anyways." Kion responded.

"You still didn't have to do that Kion. Thank you," Beshte told him.

"You should be sorry, Kion doesn't get much time off anymore," Zuri said with her head held high.

Kion rolled his eyes fondly at her antics, "As I said, it's ok Beshte. You didn't mean to. But I think I need to relax for the rest of the day, lest you want these three on your tails."

"Yeah," Kiara said. "Kion hasn't had an off day for nearly a moon."

"That is so not tru-" Kion began before abruptly stopping, his eyes widening in sync with Kiara's. They both hissed and fell to the ground.
