Backstory: Shijian's story doesn't start without explaining the backstory of Kid Buu's death. After the Spirit Bomb hit him and he vaporized along with the bomb, a small transparent ball of energy was left where Kid Buu was last standing. This was the pure energy of Kid Buu that wasn't evil. I guess not all of him was evil. Even for his Evil counterpart. Jamal being able to detect this tool the energy and threw it in the air while giving it some of his own energy. Realizing he will be making a Kid Buu reincarnation. 3 years later after the incident with Buu, Shijian was raised in a small village and had become the friendliest being ever. Helping both her enemies and friends while protecting them. When it came to the Martial Arts Tournament, she entered as she wanted to win the money prize to help her village. When she faced Jamal, she never thought she would have to use her power to be a match for him. In the end the match ended in a draw and Jamal took her to Train and control her power more.
The story of how she became human lies with her fight against another Majin that had real personal beef with Majin Buu. She and her fought and the battle between two majins took place in hell and there the two lost their Majin form but with the remaining energy they had, they could take form of a Human. But alas the Majin Emblem stays as a birthmark to remind them of who they were before.
