Glancing at my wristwatch, I couldn't help but feel the pain in my feet and the frustration building up as we waited for Orion...

We were all gathered here on the rooftop of Llouvia Corp., o mas kilala sa tawag na LLC; ang sikat na manufacturing company ng sports cars na pagmamay-ari ng pamilya nila... Not to mention but his company was not just any ordinary company, but the top-ranked sports car manufacturer that had surpassed giant companies like Ferrari, Porsche, and Lamborghini in the past few years.

The scorching sun was taking a toll on my skin, and naririndi narin ako because of the noise coming from Airbus H175 helicopter hovering above us and preparing for it's landing.. Well ito kasi ang sasakyan namin papuntang Zambales kung saan nila gaganapin ang birthday celebration nila ni kuya Chaze.

Angge, my best friend who was invited by my mom, was also with us at kasalukuyan ngang kausap si Mama at si Jeorge..  Jeorge was with us too, as Orion had extended the invitation at sinabing imbitahin daw ito Dahil ito lang naman daw ang kilala niyang katrabaho ko.. Zeichin, his secretary, and Gonzalez, his right-hand man, completed the group.

"Oh ayan na pala siya eh" Kuya blurted, waving his hand kaya lumingon din ako dito habang inaayos ang suot kong dress at buhok ko na nililipad ng hangin gawa ng helicopter na halos Kakalanding lang sa roof..

And then, parang tumigil sa pag ikot ang mundo ko.. As if like the world around me faded into the background and my heart skipped a beat nang masilayan ko ang papalapit na asawa ko..

Nakasuot lamang siya ng simpleng white t-shirt na naka tucked-in sa kanyang khaki trousers.. Pinarisan niya yon ng itim na sunglasses at white sneakers pero bakit kahit ang simple niya ay ang expensive parin niyang tingnan..

Every step he takes, I am frozen, stuck staring at him.. My heart is pounding crazily in my chest.. My mouth parted, and my face heated..

His presence was magnetic, drawing me in like a moth to a flame.. The sight of him left me breathless.. His presence makes me lose myself--

Zeichin's voice resonated with a playful tone, causing a shiver to run down my spine nang bigla niyang kantahin yon..
