As the lunchtime buzz filled the crowded cafeteria, Wyatt spotted Janis and Damian at their usual table, or so apparently, engaged in animated conversation. Curiosity piqued, he made his way over to join them, wondering what they were discussing.

"Hey, what's up, guys?" Wyatt greeted them, sliding into a seat opposite them.

Janis grinned, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Oh, you're in for a treat," she replied, her voice tinged with excitement.

Damian chuckled, nodding in agreement. "We were just reminiscing about all the different cliques at our school," he explained, his tone lighthearted.

Wyatt's interest was piqued. "Oh yeah? Like who?" he asked, leaning in closer to hear.

Janis grinned mischievously. "Well, there's the grade grubbers, the theatre mess, the band freaks..." she listed, ticking off each group on her fingers.

Janis turned her head to Cady, who seemed lost in her mind about something. "We're discussing all the different cliques at our school," she explained. "You know, the ones that make high school feel like a never-ending circus."

Cady's eyes lit up with interest as she listened, eager to learn more about the social dynamics of her new school. "What about the plastics?" she asked, her curiosity piqued.

At the mention of the plastics, Wyatt exchanged a knowing glance with Janis and Damian, a hint of apprehension flickering in his eyes.

Janis hesitated for a moment before responding, choosing her words carefully. "The plastics...well, let's just say they're a whole different breed," she said cryptically, her voice low.

Cady furrowed her brow, sensing the tension in the air. "What do you mean?" she pressed, her curiosity getting the better of her.

As they made their way to their next class, Damian couldn't help but notice the puzzled expression on Cady's face. Sensing her curiosity, he decided to shed some light on the enigmatic plastics.

"Cady, imagine teen royalty," Damian began, his tone filled with a mixture of awe and amusement. "That's the plastics for you."

Cady's eyes widened with intrigue as she listened, eager to learn more about this elusive group of students who seemed to wield so much power and influence.

"And who are the members of this royal court?" Cady inquired, her curiosity piqued.

Damian's lips curled into a knowing smile. "Well, there's Regina George, the queen bee herself," he replied, his voice tinged with a hint of reverence. "She's the one who calls the shots and sets the trends."

Cady nodded, taking in the information. "And who else?" she prompted, eager to learn more about the inner workings of the plastics.

Damian's smile widened as he continued. "Then there's Gretchen Wieners, Regina's loyal sidekick," he explained, his tone tinged with sympathy. "She's the one who always tries to please Regina, no matter what."

Cady frowned, sensing the complexity of Gretchen's relationship with Regina. "And what about the other member?" she asked, her curiosity getting the better of her.

Damian's expression turned thoughtful as he spoke. "That would be Karen Smith," he said, his voice tinged with amusement. "She may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but she's loyal to Regina to a fault."

Cady nodded, absorbing the information.

"She's the dumbest girl you'll ever meet, she once put a D in the word Orange." Damian continued as Janis snickered and shook her head.

Wyatt also shook his head, "She was talking to a wall this morning."

Wyatt stood up signalling Cady to get food with him, making their way towards the line. Regina George's voice cut through the lunch room, stopping them in their tracks.

"Hey, you," Regina called out, her tone commanding yet strangely inviting. "You're new here, right? Come over here."

Cady paused mid-step, her hand hovering over the cafeteria tray, as Regina's piercing gaze locked onto her. Wyatt glanced at Cady, sensing her hesitation, but before either of them could respond, Regina gestured for Cady to approach.

With a nervous glance at Wyatt, Cady reluctantly left the food line and walked over to where Regina and her clique were sitting, her curiosity mingled with apprehension as she prepared to face the notorious queen bee and her entourage.

Wyatt just shook his head before turning to sit with Janis and Damian.

As the final bell rang, signaling the end of the school day, Wyatt and Janis headed towards the exit, ready to head home. Just as they were about to part ways, Janis pulled Wyatt aside, her expression serious.

"Listen, Wyatt," Janis began, her voice low. "Cady's not just going over there to chat. She's going to spy on the plastics for us."

Wyatt raised an eyebrow, surprised by Janis's revelation. "Spy on the plastics? Why?" he asked, his interest only mildly piqued.

Janis sighed, realizing she needed to emphasize the importance of their mission. "We need to gather intel on Regina and her crew if we're ever going to take them down," she explained. "And Cady's our best shot at getting close to them."

Wyatt nodded, understanding the logic behind Janis's plan, even if he wasn't particularly enthusiastic about it. "Alright," he replied with a shrug. "Let's see what Cady can uncover for us." With that, they went their separate ways, their minds buzzing with anticipation for what the future held.

Time Skip: Evening, 8PM.

That evening, he received a message from Janis, informing him that he had been added to a group named "Operation: Plastics Begone." Janis explained their mission to gather intel on the plastics and dismantle their reign of terror.Wyatt was both surprised and pleased by the inclusion, feeling a surge of determination to contribute to the cause. With a sense of purpose, he eagerly joined the group, ready to play his part in taking down the high school hierarchy.
