UNDER THE MOONLIGHT, Daphne sneaks into the Carrera's backyard as quietly as possible, tote bag over her shoulder and dark blue, zip-up hoodie pulled on. Her phone is tucked into the back pocket of her jean shorts and as Daphne gets closer to Kiara's bedroom window, she pulls the device out. In the darkness, her phone's screen illuminates her whole face as she scrolls through to try and find Kiara's contact. The two of them don't text very often, mostly they just show up at each other's houses. At The Chateau, Kiara can let herself in, but if they're meeting up at Kiara's place, Daphne has to message her. So, most of their text conversation is Daphne texting, 'I'm here,' and Kiara replying, 'One sec.'

With a smile, Daphne shuts off her phone, shoving it into her bag as she looks up at Kiara's window. The brunette girl slides it open as quietly as possible, looking down at Daphne with a smirk. Kiara leans her crossed arms against the window sill, tilting her head to the side as she surveys the raven haired girl before her. "Well?" she begins, nodding her head into her room. From inside, a soft glow can be seen, and Daphne already recognizes the yellow light as Kiara's fairy lights. "You coming in, or what?"
"Obviously," Daphne says, making sure her tote bag is securely on her shoulder before heading over to the tall tree right outside Kiara's window. Since she's climbed the tree so many times, Daphne's got a bit of a strategy for it. She knows where the best places to put her feet and to grab a hold of are and can climb it in under five minutes. Still, it's nerve wracking as she swings her body up onto the branch that sticks out towards Kiara's window. Heaving a breath, Daphne tosses her tote bag to Kiara. "Catch."
Laughing, Kiara catches her bag and places it to the side before leaning out and holding out her hands. "Come on, Fee," she says. With no hesitation, Daphne grabs both of her hands, and it feels like a reflex, more than anything. Kiara helps Daphne stand up, keeping her steady as the raven haired girl reaches her left foot out and places it onto the window sill. As she steps her other foot forward, Daphne ducks her head down and bends her knees so she can jump through into Kiara's bedroom. "Nice landing."
