01. "𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙤 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨"

Ellie lomax stood from the car and glanced around. She had moved with her family to start a new life. Ellie knew that she only came to be with Maddie. Maddie was her daughter. She was the result of the best and only true relationship that Ellie had. Ellie and Warren fix had a relationship when she was fourteen and it may of been forbidden but it was real.

What she felt for Warren was real. Ellie knew that as soon as her parents had realised Ellie was pregnant that they did all they could to keep Ellie and Warren apart. But that was over fifteen years ago

Ellie knew that she was heartbroken over all of it and having to move away from the village. Ellie knew how none of it was easy and she knew that Warren had been arrested for murder and it was a lot for her to come back to the village

"This is going to be a fresh start for us. For all of us" Sam said as she looked to Ellie

"What?" Ellie asked

"You know what Ellie. This is a fresh start for all of us but at least we know what the criminal won't be here to corrupt my teenage daughter" Sam said as she looked to Ellie

"What are you talking over" Maddie asked

"Nothing" Sam said as she glared between the two

"I could tell her if I wanted" Ellie said loud enough for only Sam to hear as Sam grabbed her arm and pulled her away

"We made this deal for a reason. It was better that we looked after her. You agreed and you know it. Do not mess this family up"

"She is my daughter and you can do what you want and say what you want but nothing will change that. Nothing will change the fact he is her father" Ellie spat as she walked off

She didn't want to love back to the place if all started with warren but she wasn't going to let them take Maddie away from her

Maddie walked into Ellie's room as Ellie smiled at her

"Hey are you okay?" Maddie asked as Ellie looked fi her and smiled

"I'm okay. This isn't easy you know. Moving away and starting. You're the only who has to start a new school. You know that you can talk to me"

"I'm fine it is what it is" Maddie said Ellie smiled as Sam walked in

"What's going on. What are you saying to her?" Sam said as she looked to Ellie who frowned

"I haven't said anything"

"Maddie go and do your homework"

"It's the holidays"

"Don't start your lip go" Sam said as she pushed Maddie out of the room as she turned to face Ellie

"We agreed that you will keep quiet"

"I never said a thing but if you want to play that way then fine. I could tell her if I wanted but I haven't as I know what it will do to her"

"She's my daughter"

"Really I'm pretty sure I'm the one who almost died having her. Then my mother came and manipulated me into handing my daughter over forcing me saying she'd kick me out and cut me off so I'd have nothing. You can think that all of this was fair but it wasn't. You bullied me into this and we both know it. I never even got to tell her father"

"He is not her father"

"He is would you like to draw me a picture. I loved Warren and I know you'd behind him going down"

"He killed someone"

"he did a lot of things but he'd of been a good father to her" Ellie said as Sam slapped Ellie as she looked to her and glared before she stormed off out of the house

Ellie got to the club as she offered herself a drink. She was angry and frustrated. She was sick of this lie. She was sick of the secrets and she was sick of being the outsider in her family still after all those years.

Ellie knew that she didn't regret her relationship with Warren. The way he loved her was real and he made her feel special and he loved her more than her own family did.

She knew her parents didn't take notice of her until she got pregnant and made sure that warren didn't find out. She looked to see a message off of Maddie and smiled.

'Where are you? Are you okay I'm worried'

Ellie smiled as she sent her a reply

'I'm okay I just need time away from mum be home soon. Love you"

Ellie knew that Maddie was the only reason that she did this still. She knew that if it wasn't for Maddie that she would have left a long time ago. She knew she started to protect Maddie and how the only thing she had done was name Maddie and the whole situation broke her heart

Ellie ran her hands through her hair and sighed. She didn't know how much longer that she was going to be able to it to with all of it. She knew that Maddie was her daughter and no matter what Sam did or said nothing was going to change that and nothing was going to change how much she loved her

Ellie stood at the bar as she felt a familiar presence and frowned as she turned and saw a familiar figure. Someone that she never thought that she'd see again. Warren

He saw her and had a look of shock on his face as he walked over to her. Ellie knew how he had been sent down for murder and she had a feeling Sam had set him up

"Warren" she said as he looked to her and smirked

"Hello princess, long time no see" he said as the two of them held a look.

Ellie was shocked. She knew that seeing Warren again was going to change everything especially as Maddie was his daughter
