Warren stood outside of the police station as he waited for Ellie. He looked to see her walking out with an annoyed look on her face as he smirked to her

"Don't" Ellie said as she walked over to him

"If it isn't my little jail bird" he said as she looked to him and rolled her eyes

"Keep making comments I'll be arrested for doing something wrong. I was questioned like a perv in there like a predator all I wanted to do was be there for my daughter and look after her well I have had enough. I am done with it all. This ends now" she said as she walked off into the car as he looked to her and frowned

He got in next to her and smiled "are you sure about this? I mean your family" he said as she had her rested back in the headrest and turned to face him

"Family? My own mother got me arrested warren family doesn't do that. They want me to choose then I choose you. I always choose you. It's always been us I think we know that I just want my baby. I want my girl. Maddie is my girl. We made her I held her in my arms as she was taken from me and I want her back. I just want to be her mum" Ellie said as she started to sob as warren pulled her into his arms as he held her close

"You are her mum Ellie. Nothing they do will change that. We have done what is best for Maddie but now we know that this isn't what's best she got you arrested out of spite that's not what is best for Maddie and you know it. It's fine for us to fight. Let's go see my lawyer and get our girl back" Warren said as Ellie nodded

Maddie sat on the hospital bed as Sam walked in and looked to her as Maddie scoffed

"Don't scoff Madeline"

"Don't be a butch. You got the only person in this family who gives a damn about me arrested what do you want me to do drop to my hands and knees and fucking thank you well I will thank you by fucking off I don't need you and I don't want you here" she said as Sam looked to her

"Ellie is hanging around with that criminal. He's fine things and he has killer people"

"Everyone makes mistakes but he loves her. I see it and don't act like I am a dump kid that doesn't know life as Ellie hasn't moved on in those years as it's him. They have more spark then you and dad ever do"

"Watch your mouth young lady I am still your mother" Sam said

"Oh bite me. You are hardly a mother you don't give a fuck about me. Ellie is the only one who does and you got her arrested what sort of mother does that what's next peri for robbery?" Maddie spat. She knew that she was pissed off and she knew how she always felt as if she was an outsider and she knew that she only felt acceptable by Ellie and she didn't know what she'd do without her in their best up family

"You have no idea what Ellie is capable of. She doesn't care about you if she did she wouldn't of done what she had done" Sam said as Maddie looked to her and frowned confused over what she meant by that

"She cares about me more than anyone else in this fucked yo family does" maddie said

Ellie walked into the hospital as she looked to warren "keep guard I will get her out of here. We are going to run and we will finally be a family and we'll get Maddie the treatment somewhere else" she said as she went to walk off as he grabbed her hand

"I need to ask you is this what you want" he asked as she looked to him and placed a hand on his cheek and smiled

"You don't need to ask me that warren. I have spent Ny life since I was thirteen year old loving you. It's always been you. When I found out I was pregnant with Maddie I was scared yes but I was so happy because you grew up without a family. My family didn't pay attention to me and this was going to be our family a one we created and yeah we were young but my mum found out and I didn't get to tell you. We were robbed of our family of boring Maddie's parents. Do you know I have kept every drawing, every piece of art model. Homework that's she's done in a box. I kept it because she was mine. She's ours and you and I belong together as it's always been us. I want you and I want Maddie" she said as he pulled her to him as he kissed her. It was a turn, brief yet passionate kiss as he pulled away and brushed her hair out of her face

"Go and get out girl" he said as she looked to him and smiled as he watched her

Ellie walked out of the hospital with Maddie "where are we going?"Maddie asked

"That fresh start that Warren told you back. What do you say should we go and be a proper family" Ellie asked as Maddie nodded

"It's okay Warren has got the car as we are going to get you the top treatment. I know that you are confused and have been through a lot. I know That you have been feeling like an outside but there's a reason for it and I can't lie to you anymore" Ellie said as san came rushing over

"What are you doing?" Sam asked as Ellie looked to her

"What I should have done fifteen years ago. I am not doing this anymore" she said as Danny came rushing over as warren got out of the car

"You keep away from them" Danny said as warren rolled his eyes at them

"I won't let you mess with my daughters"

"Oh but they're not your daughters are they?" Warren asked as Maddie frowned

"What's going on?" Maddie asked

"Get away from my daughter. I know what is best for her" Sam said

"Oh you have said that before and now look at us" Ellie said as Sam grabbed Maddie and went to drag her off

"Your not taking her away from me again" Ellie spat

"Yes I do. Your not her mother I am" Ellie spat as Maddie stood in shock as Ellie turned to face her

"I'm so sorry mads. In your mum and warren he's your dad were your parents" Ellie said crying as Maddie stood in utter shock of the life changing revelation
