Warren stood in the flat as he placed the phone down. He looked to see Norma "is it Ellie?" She asked as Warren looked to her

"Where Maddie?" He asked as Norma looked to him

"She's in the shower. What happened"

"I need to get a lawyer for Ellie. I know her and I know what she didn't do this. I know her. They have charged her with murder. Ellie is a lot of things but she's not a killer, we need to bring her home Maddie needs her I don't know what to say to Maddie" Warren said

He knew that soo that Sam and Danny had done. He knew Ellie would go out to kill them. He knew how Sam was in a coma and Danny was dead. He knew Ellie was capable of a lot and he knew that she had a temper but warren knew she wasn't a killer, he knew he was but she was not him and she was what was good in life

"I'll get a lawyer I will find a way do that you can see Ellie. You need to tell Maddie I know Ty at you are trying to protect her but Maddie has had so much kept from her and Ellie has been the only stable person in her life

Ellie is her mum and her needs to know the truth and what is going on. You'd her dad and you need to talk to her over this" Norma said as warren looked to her and nodded. He knew Maddie had been through so much and he knew how he wasn't going to be another person that kept something from Maddie

"After you get a lawyer look into it. Someone did this, not Ellie and I am going to find them and make them pay myself" Warren said as Norma nodded

Maddie walked in from school as she Warren waiting for her

"I wanted to talk to you before you left for school but you were gone" he said as she frowned

"Where's mum? Is she still at the police station" Maddie asked as she glanced to warren. Warren looked to his daughter

"Come and sit we need to talk" he said as Maddie frowned as she set down with him

"I got a call from the police station, they charged your mum. They think they your mum is responsible for the accident for Danny and Sam. They think that she did it" he said as Maddie looked to him and frowned

"No my mum wouldn't. She's a good person with all the shit they did to her and taking me she was still there. She stood by so she could watch me grow up. So she could still be apart of my life. She wanted what was best for me. She wouldn't do this to them. They're her parents and she loved them despite it all. We need to get her out i need my mum please daddy you need to help her" Maddie said as she started to cry

Warren pulled her into his arms and held her close

"It's going to be okay. I am not going to sit back and let your mum do Tim's for this. I know the person and is I have known her for seventeen years. I know that she is a good person and i have the best the lawyer and I am going to get her out no matter what it takes trust me" Warren said as he wiped away the tears from her eyes as he held her close

He knew he'd do what he could for Maddie and Ellie and he knew they needed Ellie back

Ellie sat in the waiting room as she looked to see Warren as she sat down "el. How are you doing" he asked as he pulled her into his arms as she rested her head into his chest

"I need to get out of here warren. I'm on edge I am so scared. I can't sleep, I can't stop thinking over that day where I was and what I was doing trying to find an alibi out of somewhere. I can't cope in here. How is Maddie I miss my girl so much and I just want her to know I didn't mean for this. I didn't want her to get caught up in this" she said as he smiled

"Maddie knows. I couldn't keep this from her but she knows that you didn't do it. She knows that you are a good person and she loves you. She misses you. I know that your scared but we are going to do all we can" he said as she looked to him

"I didn't kill my dad, I didn't set out to kill them warren"

"I know babe. I know you better than anyone. Someone is setting you up" Warren said. He knew he'd was going to kill the person behind it

Maddie got to the police station. She wasn't going to leave until she had her mum back "what are you doing here?"

"I want my mum out. She didn't do this. She wouldn't"

Sonny looked ti her. He was Sam partner on the police

"I don't think that you are aware of what your birth mother is capable of" he said

"I know my gran has been dripping poison in your ear over her and don't call her my birth mother. She is my mum and I need her"

"You need to wait for Sam to wake up and she will take you back home where you belong" he said as Maddie looked to him

"It's you? Your the one setting my mum up you really are a piece of shit" Maddie said

"Watch your mouth id hate to put you in a cell with your slag of a mother" he said as she looked to him and glared

"Your not going to get away with this" Maddie said as she waked off determined to get her mum free and knowing she was about to prove just how much like her parents she truly was
