Only the dead have seen the end of the war. ~ George Santayana
To the well-organized mind, death is but the next great adventure.
It is a curious thing, the death of a loved one. We all know that our time in this world is limited, and that eventually all of us will end up underneath some sheet, never to wake up. And yet it is always a surprise when it happens to someone we know. It is like walking up the stairs to your bedroom in the dark, and thinking there is one more stair than there is. Your foot falls down, through the air, and there is a sickly moment of dark surprise as you try and readjust the way you thought of things.

I am a girl, born with this gift to see the ghosts, the phantom's that roam. I will forever believe that no matter what, Death, is but the humblest of the gods.
He the one, who cares for me, the one who came when I called. Then came another, he who came when my heart called for love.
I am Morrigan, the Phantom Queen.
And he the god of Death.
And he, the Lover in my life, the one who grew beside me, the one who came back from death.
