Shadow woke up the next morning, turning on his TV to be informed of Eggman's capture. He decided to call Sonic and inform him incase he hadn't heard yet.
"Hey. Good news, they captured Eggman." Shadow spoke softly to the other end of the phone. "They did? Wow...hey...uh...you mind if I come over?" Shadow's eyes widened slightly as he remembered the kiss they shared, feeling a fastening beat in his chest that was his heart. "No, I don't mind."

Shadow hung up as they ended the conversation. He sat and waited for the blue one to arrive as he shook his leg impatiently. He heard a knock on his door and he stood up to walk towards it. Shadow opened the door, a sight for sore eyes appearing in front of him. He welcomed him in and they both walked over to the couch and sat down.

"Uh...well with everything going on, we never really had time to...talk." Sonic closed his hands together, and rubbed against them. "Yeah...what...ahem...what did you want to talk about?" Shadow cleared his throat and his eyes lit up as he leaned in closer. "The kiss. Everything." Sonic shrugged as he looked at him, not taking his eyes off of him.

"Right, the kiss. You caught me by surprise at first, then I...I just completely lost it. I guess, I wanted more." Shadow stated honestly with a tilt in his head as he stared at Sonic. Sonic's eyes widened and a small tint of pink appeared on his cheek. "R-Really? But why? I know that by now you don't hate me, but then what do feel towards me?" Sonic asked longingly.

Shadow sighed as he smirked slightly. "I'm guessing the fox has noticed, I'm not completely sure about you. I've been catching myself looking at you, quite frankly, a lot. Not only that but trying to get close to you, and maybe graze my hand somewhere around you, just to feel you in a sort of way. I suddenly cherish being around you." Shadow began to fidget with his fingers while Sonic stared at him softly, an upside down smile starting to form as he lowered his head.

"I would've hoped you noticed because it's the most clearest way I could tell you. Vulnerability...is...not exactly my specialty, but I'm willing to try." Shadow said with pauses as he looked at the flustered, blue hedgehog, awaiting a reply from him. "Your mindset is honestly...attractive? And I find you incredibly intelligent. You can be serious when you need to and the way you confronted the pink one stood out to me. You know the difference between right and wrong and you aren't as immature and childish as you seem." Shadow cleared his throat once again as he continued describing Sonic's qualities.

"You're also amusing to look at. Your appearance was something I never took any mind to until, the sex." Sonic's eyes widened as he turned away, ashamed but his blush only growing into a deeper shade of pink. "You think I'm cute?" Sonic said teasingly. "Well, you heard from me, let me hear from you." Shadow diverted the question with a phrase of his own.

"I definitely like you more than a friend, I know that for sure. You're just so...ugh." Sonic spoke straightforwardly as Shadow tilted his head in slight confusion. "I don't...understand?" Sonic giggled and crossed his legs as he sighed after. "After that kiss, god, it gave me so much clarity on how I feel. I like you a lot. Not only for what you did for me, believe me when I say I love you for that, but it's more about who you are as a person. That stood out to me." Sonic awaited for a reaction as Shadow remained almost frozen.

"I never knew you felt that way." Shadow gave off a small smirk to replace the joy in a smile he wanted to show. "Yeah, yeah, so about that thing you said, about wanting more. Tell me about that. I want more." Sonic lowered his eyelids, giving Shadow a familiar flirtatious look as he wore a lustful smirk on his peach muzzle.
"Oh?"
"Is that so?" Shadow rose a brow as he began smirking back at him. "Very much so." Sonic said with a pouty expression on his face, teasing Shadow's formal manner as Sonic bit his lower lip. They both began to lean in, tilted heads indicating a passionate kiss between the two. Shadow leaned forward, leading Sonic's body down the couch and left Shadow on top of him.

Shadow roamed his desperate hands around the blue one, as they landed on his waist and near his upper back. They parted lips and slow breaths followed. "How do you feel about toys?" Shadow asked the hedgehog underneath him. "I never took you for that kind." Sonic smirked and played with Shadow's chest fur.
"Delivery guy delivered it to the wrong address and the sticker peeled off in the rain so what better time to use them?" Shadow stated, still keeping himself close to Sonic.
"Oh?...This'll be fun..."
