After dinner, Ruth and I got showered and ready for bed. Separately. She went in first and then I showered after her. When I came back into my room, Ruth was laying on my bed, smiling like a fool.

"What's got you smiling like that?" I muse as I walk into the room.

"Damn, she made me eat so much. I don't think I'll need to eat for like, eight years." Ruth chuckled, "And it was so good. Your Mom is great."

"Wouldn't your mothers force you to eat until you physically couldn't?" I cross my arms with a small laugh.

"They would. Why do you think I avoid them?" she smiles at me, "Come to bed."

"Okay." I smile. I climb into the bed with her and turn to face her and she faces me too.

"You have yet to name your price." Ruth said, but her eyes were droopy.

"I haven't come up with one yet."

"Well, hurry up." she yawned, covering her mouth, "Excuse me. I'm so tired."

"Go to sleep. I'm here to keep you safe." I say as I stroke her hair.

"I like that." she smiled lazily.

"I know." I giggle.

Soon, she drifted off to sleep. I watched as she did so, taking in her beauty. She nuzzled her nose into one of my pillows and mumbled, "Tammy."

I smile to myself and take her into my arms, smelling her scent as I did so. I love her scent.

"Tammy."

"Ruth." I say.

--------

When I wake up, I feel arms around me. When I try to move, they squeeze tighter. The small groan let's me know that it's Ruth, so I relax again. I can't even check the time because my back is to my nightstand and Ruth has me in a pretty secure cuddle.

Cuddle.

Oh my God. I'm cuddling with Ruth. She's so soft and warm and cozy. I don't wanna let go. I don't want her to let go. I'm in heaven, pure bliss.

Ruth took in a quick breath and picked her head up. Her sleepy eyes look around for a moment and then they land on me, "Morning. What time is it?"

"I don't know." I answer her. She reaches over me, putting her breasts in my face and I do my best not to look pleasantly thrilled.

"Six fifteen. My shift starts at eight. I should probably get up." she said, falling back into the bed, "But I don't want to." she tightened her arms around me again and nuzzled her face into my neck.

Calm down, Tammy.

"I have a shift too, remember. You have to mentor me today."

She groaned, "Can't I mentor you here? I don't wanna go to work."

"Yes, you do."

"Okay, I do. But I want to work and simultaneously cuddle with you in bed." her morning voice is so... Attractive.

"Same, girl."

Ruth picked her head up again to look at me, "I slept so well last night. I might just move in with you."

"And deal with my family twenty-four-seven? Be my guest."

"I think your family is great." Ruth frowned.

"I like my space from them sometimes."

"Fair. So, okay..." she thought for a minute, "What if you moved in with me?"

I pause, "Are you being serious?"

"Yeah," she nodded, "I mean, only if you want to, of course."

"Wow. Ruth, I love that idea. I'd have to speak with my parents about it though."

"Aren't you twenty-three?" she raised a brow.

"Yeah, but my parents..."

"Okay." she nodded, "Speak with them about it and let me know. I'll be waiting for you with open arms." she grinned.

"Thank you, Ruth." I smiled back.

"Ay, no worries. Let's get ready for work."

"Mom probably has breakfast ready."

We head downstairs and sure enough, Mom had made breakfast already, "I made pancakes!" she cheered.

"I love pancakes." Ruth said as she stretched. I notice that her hand went up her t-shirt and laid flat on her stomach. I bit my lip and looked away, she's just too attractive... And this early in the morning?

"Where's Dad?" I ask.

"Right here, Tammy." Dad said, coming into the dining room in his pyjamas and dressing gown, "How did everyone sleep?"

"Great." Ruth answered immediately.

"Me too." I agree.

"Me three." Mom answered, bringing a stack of pancakes, syrup and bacon.

"Jackpot." Ruth whispered as she sat down excitedly. I chuckle and sit next to her, serving her a plate to her protest. Once we were all sat and having breakfast, I decided to bring up the topic of moving out.

"So, Mom, Dad," I started, "Ruth and I were talking earlier and we were wondering... At the end of Mom's hostage thing going on here," Mom's scoffed to this and mumbled something in Hindi before I continued, "That I could move in with Ruth."

"Why can't Ruth move in here?" Mom asked.

"We're adults, Mom. I think we should be able to have our own space without younger siblings and such." I sent her a look and she caught on immediately.

"Fair enough. I see no problem with it."

"Neither do I." Dad shrugged.

"But, before you go, I'm going to teach you how to cook so you can keep your BFG fed." Mom chuckled.

"Did you just call me the BFG?" Ruth questioned.

"You're tall and friendly. It fits." Mom shrugged with an amused look on her face.

"I don't know whether to be insulted or complimented." Ruth said softly.

"Best to take it as a compliment, sweetie." Dad advised.

We finished breakfast and got ready for work. I think it's stupid that we have to get changed, just to change clothes in work again. But it's whatever.

In the car, I noticed Ruth had yet another foolish grin on her face, "What's put that smile on your face? I like it." I said.

"I slept so good last night. And now we're gonna go kick ass, take names and save lives." she beamed. She's in a really good mood.
