(AN: Rest in peace sweet prince, our lovable goofball Bonzo, you will be missed. Also, wanted some thoughts. Unova is just meant to be New York City, but with aspects from all across the US, right? I know that the Orre Region from Gale of Darkness is based on Arizona, and Alola is Hawaii, but we haven't got much else. I'm taking the perspective of the Pokemon world being very similar to our own world in terms of geography, but just with different place names and different borders, for example, Hoenn, Johnto, Kanto and Sinnoh are all in Japan but they're all their own separate regional nations. Is Unova part of a greater region then, or is it just its own region? Obviously there isn't a clear answer but it would be interesting to hear what people have to say. Does this mean that there were Pokémon World Wars at some point? I haven't thought that far ahead yet but it's an interesting question...)

[Ruins Of Team Rocket's Jubilife Base...]

Silas and his Lucario stood amongst the rubble, as did a whole score of International policemen who scoured through the debris, as searchlights from helicopters beamed down with lights trying to illuminate the area. An entire neighbourhood reduced to little more than wanton destruction, and what did it get them exactly? It had become painfully obvious that the entire operation provided them with little tangible value besides reclaiming a few Pokémon on the verge of death. Many Rocket grunts were captured, sure, but none of them were particularly important, rather, they were some of the lowest-ranking members in the entire organisation from what little information they could glean. Recruited locally and given only the bare-minimum amount of knowledge towards the criminal group's innerworkings. Anything outside of their usual routine, the identities of Team Rocket Elite Officers, other locations around the region, supply chains, depots, they knew nothing...

Tyson was able to get away with a small cohort, disappearing off eastwards. Looker had speculated that they were most likely regrouping with either Jury or Executioner's forces in Eastern Sinnoh, or with the Hunters around Mount Coronet. In reality, they didn't have any solid proof besides simple conjecture. Jubilife may have been freed from boots-on-the-ground Rocket forces, but had it really affected the criminal organisation's influence in the city at all? Time would reveal everything, he supposed. "You always look so serious, Silas my dear, when was the last time you slept?"

A familiar woman's voice called out to him, heels clacking against the concrete underfoot. He didn't need to turn to know who she was. "This was certainly one of your more bold actions, Argenta. I would appreciate it if you gave me some more warning next time you intend to embark on something this grand." Silas passed over her question and faced her with that same stoic expression, as his fellow Elite Four member strutted towards him. "My apologies given the short notice, however, if I hadn't acted when I did those three who snuck in were sure to have been killed. How is that boy by the way, recovering I hope? I tried my hardest to avoid him but it became quite difficult with Tyson's interference." Argenta dropped her smirk, growing more serious herself as she explained her reasoning.

"He seems lively to say the least." Silas remarked, thinking back to his brief encounter with the young trainer in the hospital ward. Another person who could manipulate Aura, he just couldn't believe it. The last two days had been full of surprises...

It didn't really matter what the justification was now anyways, what had been done was done, and they couldn't change the past, only live with the consequences. And, if she hadn't intervened when she had then he very well might have never met with [Y/N], one of the rarest discoveries of his entire life. Even if everything else was only a pyrrhic victory he could find solace in that one fact. "I've contacted Byron in Oreburgh, alerting him to a potential influx of Rocket action in his city. His father's there too, so should anything happen I expect they wouldn't have much issue." He told her, surveying the wreckage.
