Being sad feels normal now
It's tiring but I feel good somehow
Cutting through the thin layer of joy
Crying is also okay for a strong boy
Smiling with tears is a reference
To hiding pain
I've lost so much that there's no more to gain
The tears they may not always be seen
The tears they may vary
But sadness feels like something
Which is really necessary
