It's Too Late

Chapter 1

Emily's POV

"It's been a whole five minutes! why aren't they up yet?!?", I groaned dramatically rolling off my bed and onto the floor.

"Calm down, Emily, I'm sure they'll be up any minute. It's not like the concert will sell out in five minutes. So stop freaking out!", my bet friend Callie yelled at me.

"Yeah, you're right. I'm freaking out over nothing", I said grabbing my laptop and refreshing the page once again. "Oh my God! They're up!"

"Stop staring at them and buy the tickets!!", Callie yelled at me again.

"Denver, Colorado, at Elitch Gardens Theme Park. General admission tickets are purchased at the gate", I read out loud, "but we can get meet and greet tickets now!"

"Well, what are you waiting for? Get the meet and greet tickets!", Callie said. I clicked on them and purchased two meet and greet tickets for us.

"Callie, we're going to see R5!!", I screamed. We spent about thirty minutes happy dancing and jumping on my bed while screaming along to Let's Not Be Alone Tonight and the rest of their new album.

"I get to meet Riker!!", Callie screamed one last time. "Let's go swimming because I'm really hot now." I nodded and got changed into my favorite bikini. Callie was wearing her purple bikini. we grabbed our towels and two bottles of water then went out back to my pool. After swimming for three hours we decided to sit outside and watch the sun start to set.

"So, do you think Ross will fall in love with you like in your dreams?", Callie asked.

"Ha ha, very funny, he would never fall in love with me. Not even in my dreams am I that lucky. What about you and Riker?", I asked wiggling my eyebrows.

"I already have a boyfriend.", Callie answered.

"Yeah, but he won't be there. Plus weren't you the one that said boyfriend or not you'd climb Riker like a tree?", I said laughing at her.

"Maybe, but you're single and hot. Ross will swoon over you.", she replied.

"Swoon?", I looked at her confused.

"Hey, never say never, right?", she said getting up and leaving me outside alone. As much as I would love for one of those guys to fall in love with me I know it would never happen. I walked back inside and washed the chlorine off my body and out of my hair. when I was done Callie was chilling on my couch channel surfing.

"Ugh! We missed the Bachelorette. Please tell me you recorded it.", she asked. I shook my head no.

"No, I just watch the new episodes on Hulu. My mom always has other shows recording on Mondays.", I said making her sigh in relief.

"Good! Also we're going shopping tomorrow. We have to find cute outfits for the concert this weekend.", Callie said.

"I hate shopping, but I guess I'll. Only because it's R5", I said sitting down on the couch next to her. we sat and watched the Bachelorette together in the middle of the episode my phone kept buzzing from Instagram. I checked and saw I had a ton of new followers. I don't know why but whatever. About half an hour later the same thing happened but with Twitter. I decided to just ignore it and continue watching the Bachelorette.

Wow, I had no idea a group of men could get so possessive and angry over a girl they just met. I love it! After the Bachelorette, we decided to have a movie night and watch all four Pirates of the Carribean. We both passed out in the middle of the second one.

I Woke up not really knowing where I was, but then I remembered I fell asleep on the couch last night. I got up and got a glass of water because I was dying of thirst. Callie came down seconds later out of her pajamas and into normal clothes.

"Go get dressed. We'll have lunch in town.", Callie said. I nodded my head then went upstairs to my room to get ready. I just threw on something comfy. I put in my contacts, left my hair natural, grabbed my phone, and then we left fort he mall.

After going to a few different stores, we finally found cute outfits to wear to the concert. When we got done shopping, we went Chick Fil A. After lunch, Callie dropped me back off at my house, but she had to go back home. I walked into my house and saw a not on the counter.

"Looks like I'm home alone for the night", I said out loud to myself. You would think me being eighteen years old I would have tons of friends to hang out with but not really. I have friends but none that I want to hang out with right now. I finally decided to check why so many people decided to follow me on Twitter and Instagram. All I kept seeing were R5 fan accounts. There were so many I didn't feel like scrolling through them all. It's probably nothing. I can't wait until Saturday. I feel like this is goig to be the best day of my life.
