Before she cut it, when she was at home. Ellia Cleven is the younger sister of Gale 'Buck' Cleven, and changed her name to get into the air force, to her mother's maiden name, Smith, and changing her name to a more obviously masculine one. Elliott cut her hair to get in, going full buzz and letting it grow out whilst she was in training and general missions before the 100th.
