JIMIN POV

I woke to see Jungkook
standing naked on a table by
one of the bedroom's windows.

He had his arms raised and I blinked through the shadows
to see he held the end of a blanket and was fiddling
with the curtain rod.

I lay back and watched him,
my mind still half dreamy, glorying in the ripple of his
back muscles and the way
his buttocks clenched and unclenched with his efforts.

My husband.

It was strange and new to
think it. To say it.

I was free now.

Free from my backward
parents and their coldness
and disapproval, free from a town where no one wanted
to see me, where I was not allowed to be seen.

But I was seen now.

Jungkook saw me.

And he would take me to wondrous new places where I could finally experience the
world in a different way.

He was so handsome to look
at, struggling with the blanket, balancing himself high up in
the air.

It was all for me, to keep
me safe.

I squirmed at how that made
me hot all over, my balls and hole tingling.

I sat up against one of the pillows, my hair falling over
my chest.

It had come out of its ponytail sometime in the night.

I didn't mind.

The second time he had
taken me from behind, he'd
held onto my hair as if I were
a horse and my hair the bridle.

I adored it.

When Jungkook jumped down from the table, I was afraid
he would fall.

But he landed gracefully,
eyes meeting mine in the
soft glow of the lanterns.

"You're awake."

"You were standing on a
table."

He came to me looking like
some elegant sculpture and
sat beside me, taking me into
his arms.

"I don't want a bit of sunlight
to get through."

I leaned into him, breathing deep, my smile huge.

There was no doubt he was
my mate.

He was already taking extra special care of me.

I had zero regrets.

I was ready for him again,
the fever running deep and he held me close as he entered
me and thrust again and
again, hitting deep the way
I had learned I liked best.

During the daytime I slept
the most.

It was a nocturnal schedule
I'd been used to my whole
life.

Once I awoke and I couldn't
tell if it was day or night,
Jungkook got me up and
carried me to the bathroom.

Within, candlelight flickered double and triple in all the mirrors.

He ran a hot shower and we enjoyed it together, soaping
each other up and kissing a lot.

I learned in a very short time that it was safe to laugh with him, to say whatever was on
my mind, to be in heat and
not be embarrassed or afraid.

Or ashamed as my parents
would have wanted me to be.

Food was delivered but I
wasn't ever very hungry.
