Previously...

"Right." said Naruto laughing sheepishly. "I also feel someone else coming with jiji." saying so he headed up.

Now...

"Hey Jiji! " said Naruto as Sarutobi entered.
"Naruto. You're done with your exploring are you? "
"Yep. It's really amazing here."
Hiruzen smiled at that. "I am glad. Anyways, I have found a place for you... "

before Hiruzen could finish, Naruto interrupted, "Really! But who was the stranger that came with you?" asked Naruto as he didn't saw anyone with his jiji but was sure that he sensed someone.

"How did you know that Naruto?" asked Sarutobi, surprised, but it was not shown in his face. 

"I somewhat sensed it?? By the way jiji, I have unlocked my chakra!" said Naruto, a huge grin on his face.

"That's amazing Naruto." Hiruzen said with a smiled and pated his head, and then he signaled for the man to come out. He was still thinking,'That boy always tends to amaze me. I wish you were here Minato...'

A dog masked person came out.

"Naruto, this is Inu (dog). He will take you to your apartment and also help you get your supplies today. If you need anything, do ask. I have got a few meetings coming up, so I won't be able to go with you, Inu will help you instead." said Sandaime as the person, now identified as Inu, nodded.

Naruto thought for a while and then nodded.

The three of them left the Uzumaki- Namikaze household together and then went their seperate ways.

First Inu took Naruto to his apartment. It was small with one bedroom, a hall and a kitchen. It was quite decent. Naruto looked around for a while, and then smiled, satisfied with the place he was going to spend the coming years of his life in.

Then they went to get all the things Naruto now needed. They started with a pair of clothes and shoes and then to the daily necessities. Naruto noticed that the glares were less potent, that the people weren't glaring openly at him. It was because Inu was with him, he reasoned to himself. Now that he knew the reason, it did not bother him much anymore. He thought it will change with time. But, that does not mean it did not bother him at all.

By the time they were done shopping, it was evening. Inu dropped the things at Naruto's apartment and helped him arrange them.

.....

"It's been a very long day.." sighed a very tired Naruto as fell onto the bed and soon fell asleep.
