Third person pov
The next day Jeonghan spent the early morning at the pet cafe and had breakfast there with the boys. Joshua worked the morning shift so he was there too and they all would occasionally chat together. They exchanged some laughs too.
Jeonghan had lunch at the company with Seungcheol, Dokyeom, Dino and Wonwoo, other two colleagues joined them.
Meanwhile Joshua, after he finished his morning shift, had lunch with Jun, Hoshi and Woozi, they ate at an Italian restaurant. As afternoon came, Jeonghan finished work at 3pm and quickly went to get ready.
He took a fast shower, styled his hair and sprayed his favorite perfume. Then he dressed up.
He wore a beige shirt and casual black pants. The shirt fitted him slightly oversized.Jeonghan arrived at Joshua's door and knocked.
The younger opened the door quite fast.A bright smile plastered on their faces as they met each other's eyes.
"Cool outfit Joshuji" Jeonghan commented as he scanned what the younger was wearing.
Wide black jeans and an eye-catching cardigan."Thank you" Joshua slightly smirked at the remark. It was the first time the older complimented Joshua.
"You're cute" the older then added.
"What?" Joshua inquired as he was wearing his shoes so he didn't hear Jeonghan's other compliment.
"I said you look like a fruit" Jeonghan smiled as he joked with the younger.
"That doesn't even make any sense Jeonghan" Joshua rolled his eyes as he grabbed his bag.
Jeonghan kept a grin plastered on his face.
"Alright so we're going?" Jeonghan asked as Joshua walked out.
Joshua nodded and they soon left on Jeonghan's car.
"Where are we going?" Joshua questioned in curiosity. He was hoping he actually wore something proper for the occasion.
"You'll see" Jeonghan briefly glanced at Joshua, smirking.
They arrived at the parking spot.
It was a place immersed in nature. Birds loudly chirping, occasional hikers walking around, kids running around. It was a huge city park.
Joshua took a deep inhale as he savored the characteristic fresh spring air.
"You like it huh" Jeonghan inquired as he noticed Joshua was glad they went here.
The younger nodded.
They began strolling along the pedestrian path.
Next to them a river flowed and the sun shone bright in the sun, reflecting its rays in the see-through water.
"Jeonghan look at all the fish!" Joshua exclaimed as he pointed out at the little animals swimming around.
The older's gaze was actually fixed on Joshua's face. This whole time he couldn't stop from staring at the younger's delicate features being caressed by the soft sun rays and as soon as Joshua commented on the fish his gaze was interrupted.
He turned to look at the river and he began contemplating each little fish.
"Are you perhaps naming them? Wouldn't surprise me after all..." Joshua joked as he softly chuckled remembering Jeonghan's fish tank.
"Ha ha very funny" Jeonghan scrunched his nose, bringing his hands inside his pockets.
"They seem so free" the older then commented, "could you even imagine..." he paused, "I mean could you imagine being a fish..." Jeonghan visualized.
