It was a sunny day and both Jeonghan and Joshua were off work.

It has been two days since Joshua met with Mingyu, which meant Jeonghan was supposedly departing the next day.

The two were having a walk at the park they already had a date in. The river flew serenely, its surface a glassy mirror reflecting the cotton-ball clouds drifting overhead. The park looked idyllic as sunlight filtered through the leaves of mature trees and a gentle breeze rustled their petals with a whisper.

Jeonghan grinned as he took the younger's hand.

The two walked hand in hand and stayed silent as they absorbed the moment.

"I bought the ticket" Jeonghan finally spoke. He sighed.

Those were news Joshua hoped he would never hear.

"I see" Joshua muttered. The two kept walking holding each other's hands.

"The departure time is tomorrow morning" Jeonghan added, "you don't have to see me off to the airport though... I know it wouldn't be easy, for the both of us" Jeonghan paused, "but it's your choice... and I know we'll see each other soon" the older finally added.

"I'll come visit you soon enough, whenever I'll have a break I'll take the first flight" Joshua said. His face expression appeared melancholic.

Jeonghan stopped walking and turned towards the younger.

He softly smiled and caressed Joshua's delicate cheek.

"I know you'll do" Jeonghan kept smiling.

Joshua's glossy eyes drew Jeonghan's attention.

"Joshuji hey..." the older pulled Joshua into a hug. He caressed his back in reassurance.

"I'll come back to Korea as soon as I have a break too... I want to spend my time with you as much as possible" Jeonghan's sorrowful face expression deepened. He wasn't smiling anymore.

"But hey... you're gonna be great wow, I'm so happy for you, this huge opportunity will prove to be remarkable for your career" Joshua gently released the hug, breaking the reassuring embrace.

Jeonghan softly smiled.

"I'll see you before you leave to the airport babe" Joshua commented, "I'd break into tears if I accompanied you there" Joshua chuckled.

The two started walking again. The gentle rustle of leaves in the distance announced the arrival of the river breeze, a soothing counterpoint to the crunch of gravel beneath their feet.

"Where will you stay?" The younger inquired curiously.

"My dad bought an apartment that's actually very close to the branch office so I won't even have to drive" Jeonghan replied with a flat toned voice.

"I see, that's good... but uhm" Joshua paused, "what about the day lilies and cornflowers?" Joshua asked.

"I uhm... I haven't thought about it yet" Jeonghan rubbed the back of his neck.

A brief moment of silence followed as they both considered what to do with the flowers.

"I can take care of them" Joshua exclaimed breaking the silence and turning to the older.

"Really?" Jeonghan brightly smiled, his eyes glimmered.

Joshua nodded, grinning from ear to ear. He was well aware about how much those meant for the older.

"You're amazing Joshuji, I still can't fathom I won't be seeing you this often anymore" Jeonghan pondered. His face looked embittered.

"Me neither... it's gonna take a while to get used to it" Joshua replied, "but I'm sure we'll handle it..." he added, his face etched with sadness and hope at the same time.
