Mistakes

End of conflict

am i going to die?, those words were foreign to him, he never really cared if he lived or die so why were those words going through his brain, he joined the anbu for the sole purpose of dying so why?,   he saw the snake sanin finally taking out the sword and he saw him move with an inhuman speed which even his sharingan could not track, but when the sanin stopped right in front of him, the sword swinging towards his neck, these were the only words he could think of

"huh?"

"sorry for being late"

"what the hell are you doing here!!!" looking up, relief filled the copy ninja at seeing his sensei

for a split second minato gave kakashi a warm smile which soon turned into a blank look as he turned towards orochimaru" i knew i should not have let hiruzen deal with you but dont worry, today i will dig your grave", orochimaru clenched his jaw while trying to think how minato was here, he made sure to seal off the place. his eyes widened "that damn uzumaki!", minato disappeared, appearing behind orochimaru with a rasengan which hit hit the sanin sending him flying, meanwhile itachi went ahead to help satsuki.

orochimaru went through some handsigns before slamming his palm on the ground and shouting "summoning jutsu!" a huge purple snake appeared in a puff of smoke, minato also went through handsigns before summoning the boss toad, both the summon beasts proceeded to battle while orochimaru and minato got into a taijutsu battle, minato jabbing at the sanin while adding in kicks. orochimaru much to minato's suprise bent in an inhumane way and slammed his fist into minato's  chest, blowing the air out of his lungs following up by a kick to the stomach which sent him falling towards the ground but he was was catched by kakashi who made a clone and sent it to distract orochimaru.

with naruto

"what is going on?" looking around naruto found himself not in the battle field but his mindscape and in front oh him stood akari, "akari?", the said tailed beast sighed as she sat down beside him "why are you so reckless naruto, honestly using this much chakra while in your current state is ughhh so reckless" she stood back up and looked at naruto with an annoyed and sad? expression, "follow me" without any words the two travelled along the river coast, it was very windy but naruto liked it, reaching the foot of a mountain they both walked towards the wall phasing through it and revealing a giant room with multiple door, she took him two the nearest door on the left and only after entering did he realize what had happened, his mind became fogged by anger as he gave his partner a glare "what is the meaning of this... akari?"

"i did what hap to be done, if not you would have killed yourself" that confirmed his observation, the room they were in had multiple scans of naruto's body including his chakra paths but the thing was his chakra was completely block except a tiny amount for him to live. "look at this naruto-kun" motioning towards the scan several cracks were shown sprouting from his heart towards almost his entire body, "i know its bad but this does not mean you can block my chakra!!!" akari's normal look did a complete 180 as her eyes sharpened and fangs grew, with a low breath she whispered into naruto's ear "you do remember your promise right?"

naruto's eyes widened, shit. his body trembled and fell to his knees as a lone tear fell out of his eye and in a barely audile tone he spoke "please, dont do this to me.... i finally have people i want to protect, i finally have people i love... please", at this moment akari felt like the devil himself but she had to steel herself, if not for her then for naruto. she started to walk out of the room but stopped at the door "one time" she whispered, "huh?" naruto looked at her, tears forming in her eyes "just this one time, promise me that after this you will let me seal your chakra until we find a solution to your illness", naruto's eyes lit up with happiness as he took out his headband, "with my honor as a shinobi, i promise" both of them smiled as naruto faded away last word he heard were "remember you only have your own reserves naruto-kun"

with minato

he had just been joined by satsuki and itachi who had easily finished the blond off when orochimaru summoned three head snakes, cursing at this he went through handsigns "summoning jutsu", looking back he was greeted by three wolfs and thats all he needed to see before naruto was beside him "you okay?" naruto smiled and nodded, "i hope thats enough, im gon-" 'boom' "thats not good, im gonna check on mito and kotaru" minato nodded and he was off, minato looked back at orochimaru to see he was gone, fuck!! the damn snake escaped but why was he feeling off about this? except the blood and killing stuff ofcourse 

naruto entered the village, the dome surrounding it long gone to find nothing? i mean there were no attacks or shout and he found the mist ninja including mei, kisame, kotaru and mito there. "what is going on mei?" the said kage looked up and gave him a shrug "they retreated" huh? why would the enemy retreated "maybe because the bombs stopped?" kotaru added and naruto nodded to that even though he was not convinced, "where is sasuke?" "he took that rin girl to a secret room,  i told him where to find it, i hope they reached it"

spreading his senses he really felt no enemy ninja anywhere near the village, its like they all just disappeared. "im gonna seal your chakra now, ok naruto" naruto sighed and clutched his throbbing head, now is not the time for this since he can function without chakra for now. "minato, lets check the causalities, and see this through, this was a direct invasion with our allied village and hence the sound village and the akatsuki are now our enemy, we need to get back to the village and interrogate each and every sound ninja in our village and we also need to help the mist up their de-" "naruto, calm down" while his rambling naruto stopped and noticed all eyes on him and minato looking at him with worry "you should rest, when was the last time you did not sleep from fainting", "a month ago" came the immediate reply, thinking minato had let go the topic of him resting he turned around, bad mistake because with near to no chakra his senses were dull and the next moment he is falling towards the ground. "did you really have to knock him out sensei" "yes, he needs rest"
