weeks go by and Ethan was still not caught.
I sit and watch the news on the tv when i suddenly see my neighbor..murdered? I get up and call Ethans name,he comes into the room.
Erik: Look..someone murdered our neighbor! thats so horrible.
Ethan: yeah.
Erik: The person who did it might have been so crazy..psycho,mentally ill even.
Ethan gets visibly upset.
Ethan: maybe he did out of love.
I give Ethan a confused look as he gives me a blank stare.
Erik: what?..
Ethan leaves the room.. Minutes pass by and Ethan can be heard:
Ethan: Erik,im going to my moms place,she needs my help,be safe darling!
Erik: You too !!
The door can be heard being shut..i sit in silence just me and my own thoughts and i think about what my neighbor told me to do that day..should i go check the cameras?..i should. I get out and go down the stairs to this white room, that was the buliding owners office..i knock.
Owner: Come in!
I get in and sit down.
Erik: Good evening,do you mind letting me see some cctv footage..i need help to see if..um.. (shit i gotta make something up. ) my dog left my apartment last night or someone broke in and took him,may i?
Thats the stupidest idea ever oh my god..this wont work.
Owner: yep,heres the cctv footage.
He gets up leaving the room because his phone started ringing..i check the cameras and i can see Ethan dragging Leo into his apartment..i can even hear them arguing and how Ethan says hes going to make me hate Leo.. I skip forward and there he was..dragging the neighbor down the stairs..right after he cleaned the so talked about spot. My heart was into my stomach. He..he did it..ive been living with a fucking criminal..oh..my..god.
The owner enters and i quickly leave from the cctv footage.
Owner: anything there?
Erik: yes,thank you i know now where he is..i forgot my door open and he just left.
Owner: no need to thank me,have a good evening!
Erik: you too!
I go up the stairs and as soon as i get into the apartment i run to the bathroom to throw up..Ethan did it,a wave of guilt got all over me..and i never believed Leo..im such a dumbass,i pack my bags and wait for Ethan so i can confront him.
Two hours go by and the door opens.
Ethan: Why are your bags packed? are we going somewhere?
He is visibly distressed.
Erik: i know what you fucking did,YOU MONSTER. I CANT BELIEVE YOU DID THAT,I HOPE YOU BURN IN HELL.
Ethan: i did it because i love you..
Ethan locks the door behind him and approaches me.
Erik: NO YOU-
He covers my mouth and pushes me to the ground,punching me and leaving me in a bloody pool..i cant talk but im still conscious..all i do is cry and whine.
Ethan: if you say one ore you'll end up just like your lovely neighbor,darling.
Ethan takes my pants off and i through hours off hell..of him sexually assaulting me and hurting me in so many ways..i just cry my heart out.. Once he was done with me he just tied me up..gagged my mouth with a cloth and threw me onto the bathroom floor.
Etnan: youre going to sleep here.
He slams the door and locks it..i just lay on the floor..crying,im going to die..i dont wanna die..i wish i believed Leo from the start..i wish he was here to hold me..to kiss me..to comfort me.
I cry my way to sleep on the cold bathroom floor.
