You were a married woman now, though you didn't feel different. Endeavour had locked you up in Shoto's room as if the two of you would get busy after meeting each other 30 minutes ago. You had oogled his room, keeping your thoughts to yourself as you checked the size.

It was very spacious but, he had nothing to point out his personality. At least your room was somewhat decorated even if it wasn't massive.

You didn't sit down you felt like it was disrespectful, especially since you had just met him.

"Y/n?" Shoto called for you, you turned around to see him removing his clothes his shirt coming off and then his hand going to unbutton his trousers.

You shrieked facing the wall with hast. "Oh my god what the fuck are you doing?!" You screeched.

"Getting ready to have sex." He answered like it was common sense, his trousers still secure on his hips as he watched your traumatised form stand in the corner of his room.

"You can't do that, we just met!" You exclaimed calming down slightly, but still facing the wall in hopes he'd get decent.

"So what should we do?" He asked, as much as he wanted to be polite, he didn't see a point in hanging around with you, he had work, he took a day off patrol for this and the guilt was eating at him little by little.

"Talk." You told him turning around as you assumed he had his shirt back on.

You really were looking forward to being with Shoto, he was very good looking, and level headed and your heart couldn't level it's rate as you stared at his face getting flustered in the process.

"About what?" He asked, patting his old bed for you to sit next to him.

You took the seat turning towards him and crossing your legs.

"Why'd you agree to marry me?"

Shoto didn't know what to say, maybe it was because he still had no control over his life, maybe it was because he felt he owed his family, maybe he just didn't know.

"Why'd you agree to marry me?" He threw back avoiding the question.

You didn't have a problem speaking about your problems, anything to get rid of silence between the two of you, or remove any awkward air.

"Well, my family was going through tough times, we were trying hard to keep up appearances with people like your dad but the moment soon ran out, so we had to leave the upperclass lifestyle. Well that's what my dad told me, I wasn't born then. Then your dad came along offering thousands if he could get me with one of his children so as a sane person I said yes."

"Did you not have anyone else you would've wanted to get with?" He just found it hard to believe you were so ok with getting with him. You sounded so joyful telling him your story, as if you reahersed it daily.

"I-i didn't really think of them." You mumbled. " I can still visit them it's not like your holding me prisoner here right?" You poked at his side hoping he'd let out a laugh.

He remained unmoved.

"I didn't really have someone I was dating or even talking to, I'm not really the dating type." You confirmed.

"Me neither." He ended the conversation.

You twiddled your fingered resisting the urge to dig into your pocket and use your phone.

"I've got an idea!" You exclaimed, " how about you introduce me to your friends and we go from there, I at least want to get to know you before we do...." You paused not wanting to continue.
