You were drunk.
You were very drunk.
You were so drunk you couldn't keep your train of thought straight, the only thing on your mind being the very inappropriate things you had said to proheroes in your head and how, now that you were surrounded by them, you'd have a chance to execute.
Obviously a part of your conscious swayed you from actually doing this so you remained in the oversized basement of the huge mansion, sitting at the dj deck with Sero, bobbing your head to whatever track he decided to put on while staring below at the sea of prohero gyrating on each other.
Sero had interlocked one of your hands with yours, letting you mess around with the discs and buttons on the turntable. It was evident he was enjoying more than your company with the way his face brightened, a light blush on his cheeks, everytime you smiled and called his little hobby cool.
He was completely enamoured by you, he couldn't understand how Mineta could call you plain, there was nothing plain about you when you had such a beautiful smile and laugh.
He had stopped you from consuming alcohol a while ago, saying drinking your problems away is stupid and you should try your best to stay sober to enjoy yourself. He had gotten you a bottle of water, forcing you to take sips to dilute the affects of the alcohol, though it seemed to have very little affect as you continued swaying languidly to the beat of the music.
" Hanta?" You mumbled, his thumb making small circles on your hand as he refused to let it go. He hummed in reply.
" Can you take me to find Shoto?"
Sero had experienced jealousy so many times growing up. Jealous because his quirk wasn't flashy, jealous cause his appearance was plain, jealous because he wasn't very smart in school, but he felt a certain pettiness when it came to Shoto.
It wasn't bad, he didnt want Shoto gone, it had luckily turned into admiration especially when he had got frozen by him in the sports festival.
"Yeh sure," he answered, gesturing for Jirou to take over while he held your hand tighter to walk you out of the cramped basement. The air was cooler in the lounge and didn't make you feel as sick as you did earlier.
Sero held you by his side tightly while his eyes skimmed those sat on the many couches.
Shoto always got very drunk at these things so he was expecting to see him slouched against a couch trying not to choke on his vomit. However before Hanta could decide to check behind seats Shoto tapped him on the shoulder.
"Yo!?" Hanta exclaims shocked that, Shoto seemed neither drunk or passed out rather tipsy and coherent enough to stand.
"Oh my gosh, Shoto I've been looking for you. I'm ready to get turnt at the afterparty." You smiled, tugging on his arm to take him back downstairs to dance.
" shouldn't you be going home, you seem drunk?" He asked, he was willing to let go of his yearly detox for your safety.
" no Hanta made sure I didn't hurt myself." You defended, tugging his arm harder as he slowly followed your motion.
Sero followed quietly, in deep thought about his own place in his friendship with you.
" I had so much fun, he taught me how to do the wcka wcka on the turn tables and made sure I drank water so I wouldn't die. I thought being drunk would be scary but I feel fine. Where have you been? I was looking out for you, I'm not concentrating on what happened with the paparazzi anymore..."
" wait what happened with the paparazzi?" Sero asked, tapping your shoulder lightly while, shoto silently glared at him.
" oh well me and Shoto were in a conference room and-" he quickly covered your mouth, realising you'd probably create a hurricane if you found out that you blabbed your secret to one of his close friends.
