sam's backstory

Sam had a very toxic relationship with his ex Katrina Stuart (ik Kat and Sam were good but in this story Kat was verbally abusive) Kat used to verbally abuse Sam and Sam grew tired of it and broke up with Kat. Kat however did not want this and put up a fight to the point sam had to call his best friend, Colby Brock, and threaten to call the cops. It's safe to say Kat was kicked out of their friend group. Sam love Kat dearly until she got abusive which was three months before they broke up so he was extremely heart broken and would stay in his room all day. His roommates, Colby Brock, Jake Webber and Corey Scherer got very worried about his mental health so they tried every thing the get him out of the room but sam always put up a fight. His roommates were determined to get him out and about again to they forced him to go to the beach.

Madelyn's backstory

Madelyn was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia and had a very nice childhood and went to nice schools where she met her best friend, Sofia Thompson. They met each other in primary school and have been inseparable ever since. they recently moved from Melbourne to LA where they  wanted to continue their social media careers. while growing up they had a strong passion for surfing and the ocean so when they moved to LA they became lifeguards at Santa Monica beach. Madelyn and Sofia met their other best friend, Ben Baker, at their apartment complex because they were neighbours and regularly crossed paths. Ben works at a local coffee shop and regularly helps out the lifeguards at Santa Monica.
