Carmine sighed heavily, pondering whether or not she should knock on the door to Emma's place. Well Emma and her parents place.
She took a deep breath before she slowly and quietly knocked.
The door swung open cautiously and Carmine spotted Henry on the other side of the door.
"Hi kiddo can I talk to uh Snow and David please ?" She asked softly and Henry trusted the door open and pulled her inside.
"Of course,but can I ask why?"
"You can ask but that doesn't mean I'm going to tell you." Carmine told him with a smirk.
"Gramps , Grams someone is here to see ya!" Henry yelled making David come into the room.
"Henry we just put Neal down for his nap,and you ..." He stopped when he saw Carmine awkwardly standing in the doorway.
"Oh um hello Carmine." He whispered and she nodded awkwardly ,then looked down.
"So why don't you come in?" David offered and Carmine smiled before murmuring a soft thankyou and sitting down.
"Um David is it? Well I heard you are excellent at giving advice and I was hoping you could help me with a problem I'm having."
David smiled leaning forward
"I'd be more than willing to help you." He stated thinking of how she had helped Emma out as a kid. Carmine let out a relieved sigh
"Okay so its about my family. I'm kind of nervous to talk to them, plus I have to leave by Thursday..." She trailed off when she saw David's confused expression
"Why do you have to leave?"
"Well it's kind of complicated." She answered.
"I've got all the time in the world. Go ahead." David encouraged.
"Well.."
